In the picture of Ambassador Stevens slung over the shoulder of of an attacker and captioned “dead or alive”, I think his bent arm taking weight off his chest indicates he was still alive and trying to breathe. Otherwise both arms of a cadaver would be hanging down.

If you study both images, the one in which he is being dragged along the ground and the one in which he is being carried over the shoulder of a terrorist, the right arm appears to be in the same position.
Therefor I think rigor mortis was a factor.
Sorry, I meant the LEFT arm.
Rigor mortis fades after a certain amount of time and the dead body regains suppleness.
I’m aware of that...but if his left arm is in the same position in both images then I gather rigor mortis was present.
In that picture, He appears to be expired, sadly.

Turning a terrorist attack into a protest requires that the dead ambassador is seen to be carried to the hospital although rigor mortis is evident. Then the doctor can state he attempted to resurrect the victim who was still breathing.

Tragic ain’t it? It was sad but now I’m more angry than a cornered,human. These treasonous basturds need a judgment day.
