As an election law attorney with fourteen years experience, I can tell you that the Miller camp is using the "spaghetti justice" approach to election law. They are throwing the whole pot of pasta up on the wall to see what sticks. We have a job to do in Washington, one that Joe Miller passionately supports. It is my sincere hope that the person in the Miller camp who understands third grade math prevails soon because the Alaska ballot count is a distraction from the task at hand: Balancing the federal budget and ending the Obama deficits.

I warned before - there will be enormous pressure on Miller to concede before the military ballots are counted. We all have to pray that he has the strength to fight it through.
After spending a few minutes reading his blog, I’ve come to the conclusion that the author of this piece typifies everything that is wrong with the Republican party.
The budget deficits and everything else will take care of themselves at that point.

Liza Murky cowski had ONE peep fill in hundreds of ballots at several locales. It was UNFAIR for murky to have ONE peep doing it instead of two or three.
So let’s just not count the military votes at then? Why bother, eh? Miller should just quit before the votes are counted, right?
