Thanks to this website I have been introduced to many atheists who do not have any problem with religion. I refuse to include such people in the "stupid" category simply because we do not agree on Christianity.
Such atheists are NOT the type of anti-Christian bigots who would run such a stupid ad that "boldly" claims that there is no God.

Behind door number 1 is Jesus and heaven, or nothing.
Behind door number 2 is the devil and hell, or nothing.

Something sure annoys the atheists who are putting up these silly stickers. What is their idea of “enjoying one’s life”? By example this would seem to be crusading against deity. Is “live and let live” even part of their language?

The fool hath said in his heart, “There is no God.”
I guess “smart” includes a bunch of “fools”. So “smart” is a hard term to peg down.

“it would be proven should their deity appear.”
Their deity did appear.
“Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?”

Such people are more “agnostic” than “atheist.” They are usually broad minded enough to say “I’m not yet personally sold that there is a God (or a Christian God) but far be it from me to tell you to stop recognizing one yourself.” Many do come to personal terms with God upon reaching more maturity in their lives.

“Smart” has a spectrum of connotations ranging from rigid pedantry to wisdom. It is not a useful term without context.

This something you believe or something you can prove in court?

If you live your life like there is no God, you’ best be right.

Blaise Pascal himself was an interesting fellow. He had a profound spiritual encounter with the Lord and was impressed enough to write an account of it and sew it into his coat. This surpassed the value of any “wager” to him. He had intellectual difficulty squaring his experience with the philosophy of the church where he went (a Roman Catholic church) but kept loyal to it. If the Wesleyans (aka Methodists) had existed in his day, Pascal would likely have been more copacetic with that.

Just follow FR any day to find out how good the best human courts are at ferreting out cosmic truth. (They suck at it.)

You certainly seem to not wish to merely “live and let live.”

So, as an agnostic, you know that one side will never be able to prove its theory and that the other side, despite generations of efforts, is still unable to prove its contentions. This is why we agnostics exist.Your contention is valid. As a Christian, it is only fair for me to tell you that as our Scriptures say, it is not possible for humans to prove that God exists. Even some of the disciples of Jesus had doubts that Jesus was indeed the LORD. You basically have to believe before you can see.
But another point, as Jesus also teaches, is that if someone indicates to you that he is not interested in hearing the Gospel, to not be pushy, and move on.

And by the way my challenge remains and stands. If you make earthly courts your example of proof of the philosophically most important thing to mankind, you had better take into account their actual track record. It is not for nothing that courts traditionally asked the assistance of deity knowing where the mind of man alone could take them.

I can still recite the latin mass from my four years of altar boying back in the early ‘60’s and my later interest into religions in general have left me slightly less than uniformed.
