ARE THEY GETTING NERVOUS, OR ARE THE WALLS COMING DOWN?
(Apr. 3, 2011) — It has been reported that the image of Obama’s purported Certification of Live Birth has been removed or is otherwise unavailable from the website of Factcheck.org as of April 3, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. EDT.
The image still appears on Obama’s “Fight the Smears” website from 2008. Under the image there is a submission with Factcheck’s logo which reads:
When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.
Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.

It really is that simple. I cannot understand why there is so much focus on the birth certificate issue. Plain and simple, his mother was an American and his father was not. He is not a natural born citizen and therefore ineligible to be President of the United States.
Like you said BluH2o, he could have been born in the Lincoln bedroom but that does not make him a natural born citizen.

I don’t think so. Trump needs to keep his focus on the BC. Then it will be discovered that it isn’t even our CIC. Nobody knows who he is.
OK, for the millionth time (for the record, I think this is a rabbit hole from the issue of non citizen parenthood).. it is a current State document, not a 61 BC, so it could be printed in whatever is printed currently (just as I just had an Az BC printed which was a very similar COLB, to renew my passport.)
As for race, I have no idea other than it was was copied from original documents by the father who didn’t understand American classifications.. OR, it is complete BS by a hoaxer who wanted to emphasize that..

Red x probably means the image was hotlinked from another domain and someone took the photo or site down.
Happens all the time with unattended sites.
Unfortunately, if the person in question was educated in a public school in almost any state in this country, knowing correct English is not a given anymore..
When accessing the link I get a response that says:
“The system cannot find the path specified.”
so why wouldn’t he just provide the original Birth Certificate and shut everyone the hell up...he can’t or won’t because it does not support his situation...or more likely his lie!

Really? So you are saying that an honest, thoughtful inquiry into the legal, historical, and forensic data concerning the constitutional eligibility of the current CIC is somehow like looking for little green men from Mars? You are saying no person would ever aspire to authority to which they had no legal claim? That overthrow, espionage, deceit, and treason are as impossible as, oh, I don't know, Bigfoot?
If you really believe all that, may I respectfully suggest that you sir are the alien, because you seem completely unfamiliar with the checkered history of Earth politics. Due to the defects in human nature, no nation on this planet has been free of attempted usurpation. To date, those attempts have been largely unsuccessful in these Unites States, in part because we have been a generally virtuous people and unwilling to tolerate being ruled by our moral inferiors, and in part because our Founders anticipated our defects and wisely crafted a system to minimize the impact of those defects on our freedom.
However, the wholesale corruption of the political class, and yes, the people who put them there, has fouled the system, reduced our immunity to our own lust for power, and made a successful usurpation of the White House far more likely than it has ever been before, and certainly more likely than the discovery of pod people among us … with some possible exceptions. ;)
You, sir, are spot on. “Natural born,” as I understand it, means born on American soil to parents who are both American citizens. Whether Obama was born in Kenya is almost irrelevant. What is not in dispute and yet is disqualifying for him to hold the office of President is that he was born to an American mother and a Kenyan father.
