Just asking for prayers for my father. Bottom line: tomorrow he is in for a biopsy of growths around his lung lining. Scared to death it is cancer, or at least some other debilitating disease.
We have had so much medical strife in my immediate (old) family especially since he and my sister were both diagnosed with cancer the same week the other year. My mother and I both have digestive problems as well as some chronic mechanical pain issues as it is, but now it seems we're in a never-ending cycle of scares with cancer. (Dad started with lesser prostate cancer; my sister Stage 3 *inflammatory* breast cancer; dad got better but my sister is now Stage 4 due to spreading to bone & spine.)
Please think of us this evening. Thank you!

A friend's mother just passed from inflammatory breast cancer which spread to bone so I have some sense of your sister's suffering.
I am so sorry what you and your family are going through right now. It seems to be coming at you from all directions. I pray for you (and your family) health, strength, courage and spirit. Not only prayers going your way but my good thoughts and wishes.

He says he has never seen so many cases of cancers in the body of Christ and addresses the fear that people are dealing with.
