PING TO Quix’s

UFO PING LIST . . . hmmmmmm

and

END TIMES, DREAMS, VISIONS PROPHECY LISTS

Looks like it’s feed the meter time again.

Well worth the fitting amount for active posters, as well as lurkers et al

While the net is still allowed to function . . . we need to help make use of this priceless tool against evil all we can.

Now this is an interesting time to look at freepers aliases.
I didn’t know the software did that until today.

On or about Feb 2, 2002, I did become addicted to FR. I was just a country lakerat, Republican, in mortal shock over 9/11. I can’t remember how I found FR bl bl bl.

I asked Jim to rename me (his choice) from txculprit (my fiancee’s last name being Culp) to either txyoyo (yoyo being a nick my nephew gave me over a wood block set I taught him his alphabet set with) or txflake (can’t remember why) he chose txflake, and so I was for 7 years.

Then when zero was elected, I asked him to change me to txhurl. I hurled a lot - really hurled- every morning for a while and I was NOT pregnant. Every nightmare I knew would come true did as of this writing.

I think I might ask Jim for txreign this next election.

Thanks for the ping; post. This is the greatest public forum think-tank in the history of civilization. I posted on Thursday that a $50 check was going in the mail on Friday and it did. I let Jim know via FReepmail as I forgot to connect my screen-name to my name.

OK. That’s just freakin’ obnoxious! How do you peeps put up with me? LOL!

Seven, going on eight years! But, that’s still nearly two posted articles a DAY and a MINIMUM of 15 smart-@ss comments a day!

I’m already a ‘Monthly’ but if I could:

The Oblation
By Algernon Charles Swinburne 1837–1909

Ask nothing more of me, sweet;
All I can give you I give.
Heart of my heart, were it more,
More would be laid at your feet—
Love that should help you to live,
Song that should spur you to soar.

All things were nothing to give,
Once to have sense of you more,
Touch you and taste of you, sweet,
Think you and breathe you and live,
Swept of your wings as they soar,
Trodden by chance of your feet.

I that have love and no more
Give you but love of you, sweet.
He that hath more, let him give;
He that hath wings, let him soar;
Mine is the heart at your feet
Here, that must love you to live.

Member since July 22, 2003. I've posted a total of 4,099 threads and 31,200 replies. I've gotten my money's worth as a monthly donor of just $10 per month - about 33¢ per day, it's not much but if every active and occasional user pledged just $10 per month, we wouldn't have a need for FReepathons.

I’ve been asked about my “numbers.”

Not 100% certain about what all numbers are meant . . .

My income is $450/month in the summer, from Social Security.

In the school year, it’s about twice that from part time 2 classes worth teaching at the college on top of that.

So summer donations are a real struggle, for me. Somehow, I’ve usually managed to make a bare minimum donation of $5.00/month anyway—most of the time.

Last time I checked a few months ago, my posts were above 100,000. They’ve gone down considerably since having my wings clipped on the topics I’m allowed to post on. So I don’t know what I average a month now.

I hope the above is a sufficient posting of my “numbers.”

I sure hope FR can remain the best Conservative site combatting Marxist Globalism and the shredding of our Republic, Constitution and way of life.

We don’t really know how long the net will still be available. I still think we need to make all the hay we can while such is still possible.

I guess there was another number I left out . . .

You’ve posted a total of 270 threads and 126,421 replies

the number of threads I’ve started.

I don’t think I’ve started any threads the last month or 3.

How do you do that? I've found I need a few hours sleep every week or so.

Apparently you don't sleep AND have access to some time bending equipment.

Gee I am lightweight. Long time lurker and many years registered. Surprised I have 5312 posts over those years anyway. Guess I read a lot only. I am on the lists to help keep the site going and the wife has donated but doesn’t want to register or post. She just reads.

Many of the posts are of the “Hi, how’s the weather?” kind, not anything thoughtful. The Undead Thread has all-day visiting, so I stop at the computer to email my mother or request a library book, and post a weather report, what we’re having for dinner, and a couple of jokes.

And I’ve had four children since I joined FR, so I’ve had lots of months of no sleep. If the baby insists on being up, you might as well FReep. There’s usually someone in some crazy time zone up and ready to chat for a while.

Have taught at Universities and colleges all my adult life. Have virtually always been able to choose my hours. Have virtually always had 3-5 days off/week and most of the time 4 days off/week.

I type 85-95 nwpm

Many of my posts are one word:

INDEED.

or not much longer.

Particularly now.

And, I love FR—the community, the fellowship, the learning, the helping toward worthy causes for our Republic and for Christianity.
