Easily explained by two different stacks of numbered forms in different parts of the hospital.

How do you know that they are required to be strictly sequential?
Thx, I read about the problem with the BC number a while back, but was having trouble understanding his post (other than assuming).
The draw down on the numbers would depend on how many babies were born at that location during the time period.
Of course the numbers initially applied would not be in birth order sequence ~ since numerous locations were using forms from different parts of the deck.
BTW, this is an exceedingly complex situation and no one came up with any old timers who knew all of it ~ but there was a time when home births were still common in Hawaii and record keeping sloppy (right up to today according to some).

This is the FIRST TIME I know of that ANYONE has found a SEVERAL HUNDRED NUMBER DISCREPANCY---an AT LEAST 741 number discrepancy---and I have followed it closely FOR YEARS!!!

It’s not a waste of time. If it can be proven that zero produced a fraudulent, doctored BC three years after the election, he’s toast. We know he’s a liar. People who are working on this case should stick with it!
I seriously doubt that long form BC's are issued from the nurses stations. (plural)
They would have to come from the administrative office (singular) of a hospital.
(Not to mention hospitals tend to have only ONE labor/delivery area)
Logic would therefore dictate the numbers would be in sequential order.

This is OLD NEWS ~ the dispute there was that there was a deviation in sequence of a few numbers between his and theirs ~ and whole logical castles were built on both the idea that Grandma took a form home and filled it out after baby Obozo was brought from Kenya to whole stacks of forms being stolen for practice.
The simple solution is that the forms were pre-printed and addresses applied, etc. then distributed to different areas in the same hospital, and to different hospitals, and maybe even to various midwives and doctors who helped home births.
That initial 'form number' would have little to do with the sequence of the births.
Yeah this is more birther stuff. We no longer care if he is an illegal. The Supreme Court doesn’t care, and the Republicans say the last forged certificate should put a nail in this coffin.
