I’ve been a Rick Santorum supporter since attending his first fundraiser ‘Penn Staters for Santorum’ in December of ‘89 the night of the PSU Bowl Game victory over BYU; and I’ve *never* heard this story. Heart-wrenching and touching both at the same time. No one who heard Colmes cynical retelling of it could possibly be unaffected by the obvious pain of the man and his family. Shame on you Colmes, but thank you for showing a side of Santorum that few people know. Truly, his respect for life is real, and not some fake play for a voting block ala Romney.

I could say some other things, but I'd rather not get banned.
My point still stands, though. Monica's sis must be lacking in the self-respect department if she had to settle for Alan Colmes.
Especially if she looks anything like Monica.
Liberalism may very well be a “mental disorder,” but Michael Weiner (aka “Savage”) is the absolute very least qualified “voice on the right” to be pointing that out.
He only stopped being a hard-core dedicated and annoying lefty himself when he realized that our radio audiences dwarfed theirs. Total fraud.
As far as being an ex-Lefty. There's quite a few on our side that are former Lefties.
Michael Medved, David Horowitz, Andrew Breitbart (although I think he was a Lefty just for the chicks), Walter E. Williams, Clarence Thomas, are just a few. I'm sure there are plenty others.
The thing you both need to understand about James Carville is that he probably disagrees with more than 50% of what comes out of his mouth. If he had been born in a different time and a different place, he might have been a sleazy conservative (not the same thing as idiotic self-promoting pseudo-conservative like Weiner). Politics is mostly a game for Carville. He knew exactly where Bill Clinton’s bodies were buried. He took it as a challenge to make people forget about stuff like that.
Weiner's name does not belong in the same sentence with those guys. That includes Breitbart.
I’ll take your word for it. Like I said, I don’t know that much about him. Sometimes I like what he says and other times I don’t.
Then again, it's too bad we don't have an attack Lizard like Carville on our side of the aisle.
