I’ve asked this question to a number of people and most them respond as if I were crazy for asking. They tell me that this is America , land of the free and that there will always be elections. I tell them that we are no longer the land of the free and that if Obama gets re-elected in 2012, that this just may be America ‘s last election. In the past three years, the Obama administration has been very carefully crafting the nation for a political take over by his Marxist regime and this isn’t just my opinion.
Popular radio talk show host Michael Savage is the son of Russian immigrants and is very familiar with Soviet and European history. Savage warned his listeners this week saying, “I have to tell you that if this man, God forbid, is the next president of the United States, we’re going to be living in something along the lines of – people say Europe. I don’t believe it’s going to be like Europe – I think it will be closer to Chavez’s South American dictatorship.
“This is the most corrupt, incompetent, dangerous tyrannical administration in American history. It’s not politics as usual. It’s not just Democrats versus Republicans. Obama has a long history of being at odds with American values and with America itself and the core principles of this country. They don’t want government-sponsored opinions. They only want government-sponsored ‘Pravda.’ That’s exactly what the government-media complex tells you on a daily basis – nothing but the government-media complex party line. Pay attention. Your freedom may be at stake..”
Over the weekend, Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum told a small group of people in an Iowa coffee house that, “Barack Obama is not incompetent, ladies and gentleman. He knows exactly what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. He sees America differently than you see America . [Obama] has gone out of his way to divide this country in a way I haven’t seen since the Great Depression when Franklin Roosevelt went around to divide his country. That’s his hero. What makes America great [in Obama's mind is that] the government takes money from somebody and gives it to somebody else. No, that’s what makes America , France .”
With his control over the Executive and Judicial branches of the government, the stage is set for a complete takeover of the government. Think about it. Since taking office, instead of helping the economy, Obama has purposely escalated the economic crisis by plunging the country into unprecedented debt. He has a number of programs that are designed to go into effect in January 2013, just in time for his second term of office. The economic burden and increased taxes on everyone will be enough to cause the final economic collapse of the country. As soon as that happens, Obama declares Martial Law and assumes dictatorial control of the nation.
The Department of Justice has already been subverting federal laws to strip us of a number of freedoms. The Supreme Court and many of the other federal courts have been seeded with socialistic liberal judges that will rule in Obama’s favor on virtually anything, thus ending constitutional rule and law.
He’s already changing the face of America ‘s military. Allowing homosexuals to openly serve along with changing the retirement program is causing many conservative military leaders to resign commissions and leave the military. Some Pentagon officials are also noting that an increase in the enlistment of radical Muslims into the US military where they get all the training they need on weapons and defense systems.. We have no idea how many of them there are in the armed forces or in what positions they may hold.
Obama has been wielding executive powers this past year as if he were already a dictator. When Congress is not doing his bidding, he simply bypasses them and used an executive order to accomplish it anyway. This has set the stage for his disbandment of Congress. He would not be the first world leader to take control of a nation and disband the legislative branch of government.
He has been effectively using the media to anesthetize the public to the dangers he poses. Like a patient being prepped for surgery, people are numb to the changes and won’t have a clue what took place until they wake up in recovery and realize that free America has been removed and replaced with a regime that may parallel those of Stalin, Lenin, Mussolini, Hitler, Chavez and Castro.
For the sake of our children and grandchildren, vote him out!
And the chances of getting strong conservative Rs in Congress is slim to none, and it appears that slim has left town.
We have a big R majority right now. Fat lot of good it does us. A bunch of new ones, supposedly staunch conservatives. Rarely hear a peep from any of them.
I am not hiding in the room crying. I am thrilled by this primary is going. A President Santorum would make our country great again.

It occurs to me that the reason that he doesn’t care about how much money he is spending is because it is meaningless. His goal is to collapse the system and start over. The trillions in debt that can’t be paid back don’t matter, because the goal is not to have that debt paid back and our obligations honored. It is to destroy the nation, so he can rebuild it in a Soviet, or Chavista, fashion. When that happens, you can guarantee that the wealth of the nation will be confiscated and redistributed.
This is the election of the millenium. It determines the fate of the nation, which determines the fate of the world. Will it be free or enslaved? Will government of the people perish, replaced by government of the wicked? Stay tuned.

LOL, you are quite right. It always works this way. If a Republican wins in 2012 lots of lefties will be claiming the new President is going to end elections, setup FEMA concentration camps, etc, etc.
When Clinton was in office lots of conservatives thought he'd never leave until he passed away, that elections were over - there were all sorts of hairbrained conspiracy theories about exactly that. All that black helicopter stuff turned out to be the nonsense sensible folks recognized it for.
2012 probably won’t be the last Presidential election.
But it probably will be the last one with more than one candidate on the ballot.

When liberals replaced American history and civics with diversity tribal re-education, I was in a meeting where parents were ripped about it. A Russian mom sitting next to me whispered, “When they erase your history, you are in trouble.”
I think they are going for a NAU and global government but first they need to take total control over and crush the Americans-Americans. There is no doubt, they ditched the constitutional form of government and have created a dictatorship. Rinos don’t care.
One thing still in our favor, we're a tough nut to crack because we're one of two populations that are legally armed. The second is the Swiss.
We have to throw them out in the coming election. They'd better let us vote peaceably in a no-fraud election. No OWS, union thugs or any sort of violence followed by some regime action that could be anything between election cancelation to stuffing boxes.
I'm concerned but we'll see.

But Obama has already been shifting the foundations such that he can do whatever he wants, with or without the legislative branch cooperating. For instance, his unconstitutional “czars”/regulators have totally ignored what Congress had to say about EPA regulations, internet “neutrality”, etc. His DOJ has totally ignored Congressional subpoenas. Just today we found out that he’s got an executive order that allows him to decide whether we have a “national emergency” that warrants a complete takeover of everything.
We know George Soros has even the “conservative” media hostage over the eligibility issue, and it’s highly likely that he would extend the same threats to ANYTHING they want to bring up, once everybody knows they’re hostage and there’s no reason to try to hold up a facade of still being a free media. In addition, Obama is assuming the power to have an internet “kill switch”.
Congress - including most R’s - have agreed to allow POTUS to arrest and hold indefinitely without any due process whatsoever - no questions ever able to be asked - US citizens who are “belligerent” (as defined by Obama), knowing that Obama also claims the ability to ASSASSINATE anybody he suspects of being “terrorist” (which his DHS Secretary has said includes small-government people). In addition Congress, with the help of R’s (including my Senator Mike Johanns) agreed to give up a lot of our nukes, reduce our military, and subject our combat troops to the distraction of potential romance, from either women or gays in the combat zone with them.
Right now the states are being kept from enforcing their own border with Mexico (even though the feds have declared part of AZ, for instance, to be a no-go zone - basically ceded US territory to the Mexican drug cartels WHICH OUR OWN GOVERNMENT IS ARMING WITH UNTRACKABLE WEAPONS). They are being kept from requiring documentation of potential illegals. They are being kept from requiring ID’s for voters in order to protect the integrity of elections.
I could go on and on, but the checks and balances have been decimated. The separation of powers doesn’t exist. We have no free media. Obama has assumed dictatorial powers not only over each individual but over whole industries.
In short, I challenge anybody to name me one thing that Barack Obama at this point could not legally do, and exactly who would stop him if he tried to do that one thing.
We know the guy doesn’t have a draft registration and thus cannot lawfully hold ANY federal office. But who can and will do anything about it?
We know that he presented to the entire country as if it was genuine - using a White House press conference to do so - a birth certificate that was a forgery. But who can and will do anything about it?
If he can do those things openly without any legal consequences, somebody tell me one thing he COULDN’T do.
We are talking about a whole different ballgame than America has ever faced. It would be nice to think that a simple election could give us back this country, but I seriously doubt that the guy who fearlessly and successfully took an entire nation’s media hostage would be stopped by anything so quaint as a mere election.
We’re talking about a trojan that has taken over the basic functions of the whole computer system. Simply clicking “refresh” isn’t going to get rid of that.

We know how that ended. Only the “crazy people” were saying Hitler was dangerous. Couldn’t happen there. People had been demonizing Hindenburg too... Etc.
I would put the probability that 2012 will be America’s last presidential election at a value somewhere around, oh, 0.01. Who knows: Jesus might return to usher in the Last Judgement, a comet could hit, or something like that; and, anyway, no empire lasts forever.
But I would put the probability of cancellation of the 2016 elections by a Democratic Party regime at precisely zero. Elections are a cheap and effective means of pacification. The USSR had elections. Sadaam’s Iraq had elections. And Chavez continues to have elections.
Perhaps the title should have been last fair and free presidential election. Even then, I think the probability is fairly low. The problem is that a whole lot of Americans want an ObamaNation with its Obamanomics and ObamaCare. When looking at Obama’s approval numbers, one must keep in mind that a significant fraction of his critics think he isn’t socializing as much and as quickly as they would like.
