He can’t until after the criminal trials are over. If he sued them now the discovery which would be part of the civil suit would be available to the prosecution. Since discovery goes both ways he’d be grilled intensely probably with input from the DA and the Feds, bt after a trial double jeopardy applies and discovery no matter how damaging would prevent further prosecution.

We are all affected by matters of race relations so the MSM's patented NBC-style cherry-bomb journalism hurts us all. Class action -- yes, I say class action!

MSM race relations reporting motto: If at first it don't seethe try, try anything until you make it seethe.

Already whites have been attacked, how will we ever know the number attacked and even killed?

"Coach" makes a crucial mistake in this article. No names, no faces.
Know our nation's enemies of fair and impartial justice, enemies of  The Constitution.

Not with Eric Holder in charge of the DOJ.

Moron news organizations..

Edwin Walker former U.S. Army Major General and W.W.II Special Forces unit commander, was accused by news organizations of racial violence by leading white demonstrators against blacks at the University of Mississippi (early 1960s).

It was all a lie.

Walker sued the news reporting organizations, AP was one I am trying to remember.

I think it made it through SCOTUS where the final decision was that AP, et al. meant no harm and thought their reporting was accurate.

As much as I complained about journalism in the 1950s and 1960s today it is virtually nonexistent.

Two generations of 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus spoiled brats training our bratty "journalists" have destroyed what little journalism existed even back then. IMO.

"Journalists'" preferred method today is the patented NBC-style, cherry-bomb "journalism" to make thing explode and bring about change to their liking.

They need to be held accountable, if they can be proved guilty.

To be expected from the GE psychos behind Ron Paul. It’s nothing new, though. Elite folks have always tried to foment conflicts between races to avoid being lynched themselves during their economic disasters.

They [NBC and GE] used their considerable authority, granted by the FCC, to deceive the public on a scale heretofore unheard of, for the purpose of ratings and money.

The author of this article need to get his stuff together. The FCC licenses broadcasting stations. The NBC network, whether owned by GE or Comcast is not a broadcasting station. Thus, there is no license to revoke.

Further, the FCC dies not grant "authority" to anyone.

As stated earlier...COMCAST not GE.

BTW, Immelt is still a progressive stooge and is an unmitigated disaster as CEO. GE makes more money by accident than it does on purpose. He is a probably a figurehead requested by board members who are loyal acolytes of his imperial majesty Comrade President Obama-lama-ding-dong.

I hope what you are saying is true but I don't believe it.

My pessimism is in overdrive on all of this. The minions of evil are all over this (NBC, the White House, et al)

Nothing would make me happier than for a hole to be punched in these devils....but I don't believe it will happen.

I believe he easily beats these charges, then Holder will come after him on a civil suit for hate crime. That said, they should be going after NBC and GE right now, NBC has no defense against libel on this one.
Even if he were actually culpable, in some legal sense, and has to legitimately serve time, NBC still has perpetrated a libel by editing out the explicit question as to the race of Trevon Martin, making Zimmerman’s response sound like gratuitous racism. NBC isn’t the only perpetrator, tho, and I would urge a suit against all of journalism - i.e., the AP and all its members - and force them to turn on each other. The members of the AP are in a constant state of open conspiracy against middle class America.
The was to understand it is that the Constitution is too successful for the tastes of unified AP journalism; too many people are too satisfied in general, and journalism needs them worried in order to keep them in thrall to “If it Bleeds, it leads” journalism.

The way to understand the political slant of unified (wire service) journalism is that the Constitution is too successful for the tastes of unified AP journalism. The problem, from their POV, is that left to their own thoughts and their own religion, too many Americans are too satisfied with the status quo with the rate of progress delivered by Constitutional limited government. Big Journalism needs us to be worried enough to keep us hang in on every word of “If it Bleeds, it leads” journalism. And then they can turn us (black and white, in this instance) against each other, for their own aggrandizement.

It is actually not George Zimmerman alone, nor even his family alone, who are the victims of this attack. It puts us all at risk, and that has been their intention all along. We all should be suing NBC and the AP. Into oblivion.

The AP very quickly became “too big to fail” after its founding in the middle of the Nineteent Century. But with the advent of laser/fiber optic/microwave/satellite communication, we have the Internet/www to transmit news worldwide as quickly as we get it from the Associated Press newswire. Even more quickly, in practice, considering how much news monopoly journalism simply doesn’t care to tell us.
