ObamaCare is DEAD MEAT

Better it than you!
As has been said here and at finer places where patriots dwell, ObamaCare MUST be destroyed... now my friends the United States Supreme Court is about to do precisely that on this
oh-so-very-blessed day.

Of course I'm not the only one saying it: Rasmussen found that a majority of American voters are confident ObamaCare will be overturned, and though not yet a done deal, it is extremely doubtful that Anthony Kennedy has flipped, and that's just what blindered Obammunist members of the court (Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor, Kagan) need to assist them in ramming this unconstitutional, budget-bloating power grab through the nation's last line of defense (instead of actually considering the legality)... the same way unprincipled Dems helped Dear Leader (while lying through his teeth) trample the legislative process in the first place.

Further evidence that sanity may be returning to this country at long-last is evident in the fact that some think it might even
go down 6-3 now... ouch. Obama himself surely must know he's in trouble here- how else to explain the unprecedented hectoring of the Judicial Branch over the previous few weeks.

But like the Newtster has long said -and Romney unfortunately hasn't the cajones (nor moral authority) to say-
'ObamaCare 'rushed through, was never reconciled, cannot be implemented... and is wrecking this economy.'

Indeed... what a shame this Frankenstein of a bill had to go all the way to the Supreme Court to be finally struck down
(at five minutes to twelve) on constitutional grounds... I guess blatantly unconstitutional, too expensive,  'wrecking this economy', and 'cannot be implemented' didn't concern anyone else in the Legislative Branch enough to do the right thing starting from day one all the way up until now.

So please pray for SCOTUS to finish the job (and twist the knife a couple times) today: let the unparalleled American system of constitutional checks-and-balances do what it was designed to do and consign this putrid power-n-tax grab to the dustbin of history... I would say 'where it belongs' if not for the fact that nobody had any business bringing such an illegal monstrosity into existence on Capitol Hill in the first place.  History will undoubtedly record the whole sorry episode as an wholly-unnecessary waste of time, money, as well as a mountain of 'hopenchange' political capital.

Seems the funeral pyre of the so-called 'progressive' movement is now being stoked before us... and I'm plenty stoked about that...

Dont underestimate the corruption of the Obama regime. Who knows what he and his thugs have on the justices? Something to blackmail one of them into flipping? Thats the Chicago/Kenya way.

I think Obamacare was really just cover for what Obama and his corruptocrats really wanted.

Now that they have met their objectives, it’s largely irrelevent if Obamacare survives.

My sense is that if the mandate is going down anyway at 5-4, that at least one of the liberals will join in. They know it’s an albatross around Obama’s neck, and they’ll want to leave it in the dust.

The fight will be over severability or over-turning the entire law.

I expect that to be 5-4.

I don’t see any indication that the decision is coming today. Do you have any information that it is?

PS- when I say “and on finer places where patriots dwell”, I was referring to MY website, the Reaganite Republican (not FR)

But the kind of ‘finer’ sites I was referring to was indeed the mighty FREE REPUBLIC- you betcha!

I actually worry that, in the interest of appearing non-political, the SC will issue a unanimous but weak tea takedown, rather than a damn-the-torpedos partisan split annihilation.

It really does not matter what anyone is confident of.

Our freedom hinges upon the decision of one unelected judge, and Obamacare could very easily be upheld.

I wrote off the SCOTUS when Roberts swore in Obama. Knowing that Obama was not Constitutionally qualified for office.

I may change my opinion of the Supremes IF they overturn Obama Care.

But I ain’t holding my breath till they do.

That’s unfair. Roberts doesn’t get to decide that. he isn’t a king maker.

Reminds me of a previous RAT regime. MISSING FBI FILES

Towards the end of Clinton's first term, it was disclosed that over 900 FBI background files were requested by someone or some people in the White House. These included records of high ranking officials from previous Republican administrations. Clinton called the incident "a completely honest bureaucratic snafu," but the White House placed Craig Livingston, in charge of security for the White House, on leave, and a week later he resigned his position. Starr investigated the matter to determine whether Hillary helped Livingston get this White House appointment and whether White House counsel Bernard Nussbaum covered up her alleged role.
