Now we wait for another ruling before going to the next court. Thank goodness we have patriots like Mr. Apuzzo.

Rejected

“We have carefully considered appellants’ arguments and
conclude that these arguments are without merit. R. 2:11-
3(e)(1)(E). We affirm substantially for the reasons set forth
in ALJ Jeff S. Masin’s thorough and thoughtful written opinion
of April 10, 2012, as adopted by the Secretary on April 12,
2012.”

Well I guess ordinary rules of law do not apply to Obama’s eligibility.

Everyone in NJ please nominate Mickey Mouse on your ballots from now on.

Well, yes. That does seem to be the way Mr. Apuzzo crafts his briefs.

Rules or laws don’t apply in NJ.

New Jersey is where their courts violated state law by allowing the ancient Frank Lautenberg on the Senate ballot to replace the scandal tainted incumbent Robert Torricelli.

What are conservatives going to do about it? If you don’t put a stop to this stuff we are going to end up like China.

Start protesting the SoS office until he starts doing his job????

There's nothing like a blanket dismissal that can't even articulate compelling reasoning. Thanks to Freeper Mr. Rogers however for finding an additional Supreme Court legal precedent that Minor v. Happersett, not U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, defines the eligibility clause. Here's the quote from Luria v. United States (1913) ... note this date is well after Wong Kim Ark was decided:
Under our Constitution, a naturalized citizen stands on an equal footing with the native citizen in all respects save that of eligibility to the Presidency. Minor v. Happersett, 21 Wall. 162, 88 U. S. 165; Elk v. Wilkins, 112 U. S. 94, 112 U. S. 101; Osborn v. Bank of United States, 9 Wheat. 738, 22 U. S. 827.

Minor v. Happersett defined "native citizens" in the exact same way it defined natural-born citizens ... requiring citizen parents. This would make it 27 Supreme Court justices who agreed on a definition of NBC that precludes the Kenyan Coward™ from being Constitutionally eligible for office.

It is still good stuff ...what guys like Attorney Apuzzo is doing. You keep pushing forward. These clowns in judiciary don't have any good logical argument against Apuzzo correct legal opinion. The US judiciary keep kicking the can down the streets to avoid it as their way out since they have little backbone.

Don’t get me wrong, I fully support Apuzzo, I am just asking the citizens to start taking action. No one pays attention unless cars are burning. Well can’t someone picket the SoS office on a Saturday to try to educate drivers?
