And at the expense of stirring into a white-hot rage some people who post here, I’ll come back to where I started before the identity of one photograph out of 16 became a major issue...
The Tax Return shows that Mr & Mrs Soetoro didn’t claim the child named as Barack Hussein Obama 2 on the divorce from the kenyan, as a dependant child...and in the absence of a birth certificate that isn’t an abstract ( a bit from here and a bit from there) how can anyone be certain where that child was born and who his parents were?
How is it possible to identify Stanley Ann Dunham as his mother?

It is hard to say or even speculate what the parathesised “Soebarkah” means.
The only absolute I take from this action is that Obama WAS removed from her US passport and that it is unknown what passport he was provided or if another adult or guardian picked him up as a minor on another passport.
The trail stops with this removal. Why?
If he went onto an Indonesian passport and did not hold a US passport the answer would be obvious.

This is where I am at.
I just continue to have a challenge with the Kenya birth. The logistics seem to be a stretch and there is no apparent evidence that Obama Sr and SAD had any deep relationship that would led to her going to ‘meet the parents’. Especially since he had a wife and child already in Kenya.
I believe the most damning revelation would be that he used foreign passports to travel in the late 1969s. Again, when you enter the US you MUST present a US passport if you are a US citizen. No ifs, ands or buts about this rule. Lack of any proof of a US passport AND entry into the US on a foreign passport would be a big problem.
In 1969 there is the Christmas time (see the background) picture with Scott Inoue. Barry/Barack Obama/Soetoro (II) was supposed to be living in Indonesia. Did he make a holiday visit to the US? If so, what passport did he travel on?

This photo is a problem in many ways. Either he traveled to and from Indonesia and visited with old classmates at school. Thus, there would be INS/passport records that would clarify the questions raised. OR was he already (always) living in Hawaii?

She is saying that for the 2nd half of senior year of high school that SAD was going to school in Kansas under the last name of Pope; and that Stanley Armour Dunham was really born Daniel Wayne Pope. This web just keeps getting bigger and bigger...
If Barry had been born in Kenya to Stanley the mother and BHO Senior the father, he was not a US Citizen for the reason you set out--residence of the citizen mother in the US for five years after age 14 was a condition of citizenship to the child and Stanley would have been, under the hypothetical, only 18 at the time of birth in August of 61 and therefore could not possibly have met the requirement of the condition.
Subsequent modifications to the statute which would have modified the result contained a specific exception clause in the effective date provision of the Public Law that made such modifications effective only with respect to births after the effective date which in all cases was after the purported birth date.

By record, we mean documentary or paper record or other third party verifiable evidence.
There isn't any of that with respect to "David". He doesn't exist anywhere in the record except as a device by Mark to leverage Zero into certain conduct with respect to Mark's mother.
And the loose talk about David is internally inconsistent in the description of where, when, and to whom he was born; as well as where, when, or under what circumstances he died. No record anywhere of any nature with respect to any of that.
Nothing anywhere that supports the argument that David ever really existed.
Further, whatever the fairy tale about David, the two baby boys picture is clearly a picture of Zero.
In Sheriff Arpio's last conference he said; We can't even be sure who they say is his mother and father is correct.
