Assuming Obama is enjoying an edge over Romney at the moment, and which as we would expect is being reported to us greatly exaggerated, you have to wonder if it's the wrong time for Obama to peak. If a small section of voters have suddenly swung toward his way given the media talking points of the day, they could just as easily swing back. These are swing voters we are talking about. They have no firm convictions. Like a pendulum, they swing. And you want them swinging toward you at just the right time, shortly before the election. But there isn't a lot of time left between now and the election and the voters will not swing too many times. So let Obama enjoy his peak. Because from here, the pendulum only goes the other way..
no no no...
The media can poll sample +10 democrats next week and then +12 dems the following week to show him increasing in popularity!
Thats why Romney needs to pull out the stops and soon.
This assumes there was a peak.
Wasn’t McCain/Palin ahead of Obama/Biden about this time in 2008?
Nobama peaked within 3 days of dem convention. Gradient downward ever since regardless of MSM spin.
The Obozo peaked within hours after he was sworn in!
He and the country have been heading downhill since then!
Lehman had collapsed and Obama was surging on the fear vote. Then McCain suspended his campaign around October.
Bogus polls and media can’t save Obama he hasn’t a chance to win.
The msm is in panic mode and can’t print lies fast enough to help him.
Considering the debates haven’t occurred yet, the polls are meaningless.
Agree however I think the debates are meaningless at this point because Obama has no record to stand on or any ideas.
But it may holp the slow ones to deside.
Obama’s sheep mind can’t be changed but the good news is that they are far fewer now.
You know I was wondering when someone would bring this up. If Obama was a Republican this would be the Mass Media story line now.
