Don't have to read any further than this first sentence. The internals must look DISASTROUS. The 0bama Regime know the gig is up and that they are going to get rolled on election night.
Aside from this persistence in running illegal lotteries, I'd advise the "winner" (for lack of a better term) to avoid eating or drinking anything once returns start coming in, c.f., Jonestown.
