With the stroke of a pen Attorney General Eric Holder has not only undone 200 years of Constitutional protections but almost 800 years of English Common Law. In response to Rand Paul's letter asking whether "the President has the power to authorize lethal force, such as a drone strike, against a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil, and without trial," Holder affirmed that he does. Obama now wields more power than the medieval tyrants of old. He is now judge, jury, and executioner holding the power of life and death over every American. Here is the full text of Holders letter:

To me, the scariest part is that because Bathhouse Barry has repeatedly demonstrated that he is not above thuggery against his political enemies, that when it is convenient, he will use a drone strike on someone who is not even remotely involved in terrorism and then claim it was collateral damage.
Forget ANY CONSTITUTIONAL due process. His very presence in the White House makes a mockery of The Constitution!
A goose gun is all you need to bring one of those drones down.

Not that I ever thought of them otherwise but, every single Hollywood (supposed) anti-war leftist who doesn’t speak out against this immediately has been exposed as a complete fraud and should be reminded of that fact every time a liberty-loving American gets a chance. It’s time to make some of these cultural sodomites uncomfy when they get out amoungst the little people.
A goose gun? Maybe if it is one of those hobbyist level drones, barely big enough to carry a 9mm handgun. The Predator drones fly 5 miles up, but even a mere 500 foot up would be out of range of your goose gun.
The drone that files at 35,000 ft. isn’t the predator, that’s something else (there are scads of them under development). Predator and all the others the Law Breaking (formerly “Law Enforcement”) people want to use are smaller and lower. Some greenies used one to perturb some shooters at a pigeon-shoot event. They shot it down.

Predators fly typically between 13,000 and 23,000 feet. That’s 2.5 to 5 miles. I hardly think any gun is going to reach that far. Not even a 50 when shooting straight up.
I wonder how many Freepers know what that acronym means.
First I heard of a prop plane that flies that high. But maybe I’m behind the times. No gun will reach that high, of course.
But, in my defense, there are a lot of competing drones out there now, and no damned way they fly five miles up.
That is true if we hear about it. If it does not get reported until later we will not know. The government will put out the info on who was killed and it will the governments word, the MSM will not question it. Many even here are ok with government killing someone without trial for crimes.
You are right about that. They have to land sometime and they land much like other aircraft, low and slow.
