'Falsely claiming citizenship on Form I-9'

'Document fraud to prove eligibility for employment'

My exact thoughts also.
Democrats don’t mind crime. Their voter base sees nothing wrong with it if it benefits the party.
obama has three groups protecting him: 1. The Democrat Party. 2. The main stream media. 3. The Republican Party.
Really a coinkydink, isn’t it, that this new bill excuses document fraud claiming elibibiity for a job, within 24 hours of the whistle blower in the education field having microfilm showing Obummer attended school as a foreign student from Indonesia.

8 USC 1325 - Entering the United States without Inspection (first time is Federal Misdemeanor, second time Federal Felony)
26 USC § 7201 - Attempt to evade or defeat tax (most will be guilty of this unless they used false identity and taxes were withheld; in which case, not filing would be dependent on income level)
When will the Americans be amnestied for whatever bad things they have ever done?
Why are illegal aliens a privileged class, free to commit crimes without penalty or record?

This is a real question.
A class action constituting all Citizens could be filed blocking the implementation of this thing as it grossly violates the Rights of the Citizenry to the Equal Protection of the law.
It should have been done in '86, but everyone just let it go.
Another is that the illegals after they get Amnesty then they can bring in their extended family in from the 3rd world. Amnesty on top of amnesty in this ‘RAT piggy bill. I’m not going to obey the part of the law that says Americans are going to be required to kiss the @$$ of one illegal alien each day and thank them for coming here to save America. They can throw me in jail. That’s just taking this fiasco too far.

Failure to register for Selective Service while here as an Illegal Immigrant results in the following penalties: May NOT become a citizen, up to 250,000 buck fine, NO FEDERAL jobs, benefits or student financial aid.
But they ignore this Law for the Illegal Immigrants and my kid has to prove she is a girl or they will mess up her Financial Aid and prosecute according to the Selective Service letter she received and the agent I spoke to yesterday.
