Aside from the often ignored coincidence that left and sinister share a common meaning, the very fact that the Left, particularly the moderate sounding Leftists, have long disguised their intentions with pleasant sounding labels should automatically send our native instincts on edge that there has been something sinister going on over there.
So let us always be ready to review their history. The Left has a pattern that it consistently follows.
"Fascism will come to America in the name of anti-fascism."because we now know these words have been providing the Progs their vision in their long march through our institutions.
Thus, arguably, their anti-fascist cloak has been their most successful disguise of all.

The education and media institutions have been key allies in helping the Left pull off its disguises. Over time, Gresham’s Law took over in those institutions so that all the bad elements have driven off any good ones. Just like fascism in that too.
Marxism-Leninism is particularly effective on the semantic level where it exhibits a devastating duality. It lulls its adversaries to sleep, while at the same time it mobilizes its followers to revolutionary action. The Communist International's Seventh Congress concluded that open use of revolutionary terminology does not promote the Marxist-Leninist drive for world domination.
Therefore, "revolution" has been changed into "liberation," "world conquest by the proletariat" has been changed into "peace and socialism," "armed seizure of power and liquidation of the bourgeoisie" has been rephrased to read "peaceful and gradual transition to socialism.''
Even the word "Communism," which every revolutionary is so proud of, has been changed into "progressive, "anti-Fascist" or "liberal." Further, to confuse their adversaries, the Marxist-Leninists have devised a new language which uses old words in the basic vocabulary. When they say "imperialism arouses the wrath of the people and digs its own grave," they mean "through our manipulation of the local Communist parties, and with a vast auxiliary corps of dupes ; and sympathizers, we so arrange matters that the free enterprise system and democracy are destroyed from within.

The progressives have been working US over at least since Teddy Roosevelt, in both parties, in war and in peace.
When you look at the history, you might be shocked and amazed to see the very obvious ways we got here.
It's no accident nor some twist of fate.
Where we are has been planned and is as deliberate as it can be. "They" have told us exactly what they were doing, but in our arrogance and hubris, we "know" it can't happen to us.
If you want the supernatural angle, we were warned about the rise of marxism at Fatima, but those warnings were sat on, not shared, and weren't heeded until it was too late.
The rebirth of Christian Russia out of the ashes of their Soviet past is also a part of the supernatural events taking place.
