The only ‘woman’ that would knowingly ‘date’ an unemployed man is a woman on TANF, WICs, EITC, Section 8, SSDI, SSI, SNAP, ObamaPhone, electricity assistance, water assistance, Church food bank program, or other government entitlement.

In this case, the purpose is to father another baby that will qualify her for mo’ money.

That implies that about 25% of women WOULD date an unemployed man? (assuming the absence of independent wealth.) How stupid.

Add “if he was rich” to the question and see how the results change!

Replace “date” with “hook up” or “sleep with” then either the poll will be very different or expose a lot of women as not being so truthful to polling agencies.

RE :”What do you think about the fact that most women would not even consider dating an unemployed man?”

Not news,
here in Maryland-DC area I have met many women on dating websites who said up front that they wont date a man who is NOT ‘prochoice’, meaning they must be for women's abortion rights.

Lots of single Mom's with government jobs here.

Of course not. The left has successfully snipped off two of men’s most valuable posessions by denying him admission to college and access to jobs, and by making him responsible for all the evils in the world.

I knew a guy who made tons of money as a young man. He and his dad owned a convenience store and sunk all the profits into land. They eventually sold the store and lived a modest but comfortable life by occasionally selling off some very expensive waterfront property.

He’d go out with girls who dropped him like a hot potatoe when they found out he didn’t work. They never understood he didn’t need to work. He’d lived like this so long, that when he tried getting jobs, he couldn’t do them well.

A few years after losing touch with him, I found out that he hung himself. He was probably very lonely and depressed.

Good. That’s about the only incentive men have left to take a job in this economy.

What nonsense. Charles Manson was unemployed and look how many women he had. All you have to do is to “have a mission”.

If he cannot take care of himself, how can he take care of a family? SHE will be the one taking care of him, like his momma. It is Biblical to work and provide for yourself.

How checked out would he have to have been in high school to not have any skills to offer? How lazy would he have to be to not be working, somewhere, anywhere, to provide for himself??

Run screaming!!

75% would not date an unemployed man? Then why do 75% if not higher vote solely on looks even if the candidate is a job killing Marxist?

IF it’s true that “Welfare mothers make better lovers” (Neil Young) then why wouldn’t a 21st Century “welfare brother” make a better lover for a working woman? Or is that not even part of the equation anymore? Forget the sex ‘cause she got a thang of her own. If you got something to bring to her table, make sure it’s plenty of cold hard disposable cash...No more, no less. Female Chauvinism is alive and well,...not well.

It’s not just women that put employment at the top of their list for dating either. My best friend married a radiologist solely because of her earning potential. If she was a cashier or had some other menial type job he never would have given her a second look. She’s a loud, obnoxious b**** who no one can stand being around for long, but she works 60+ hours a week and makes beaucoup bucks.

He has all the material things he was after, but he also drinks like a fish now and does nothing but complain about how much she spends.

It used to be that women wanted a man with steady employment because she wanted to be sure her children would be taken care of. Is that still the case, or is it because the woman wants to be taken care of? Big difference.

Q: Do you know the difference between a typical Obama Voter and a Medium Cheese Pizza?

A: A Medium Cheese Pizza can feed a family of four.

Bogus poll.
Women will not date a poor man.
Women will date a man with enough wealth to not have to work.
Men will date the youngest hottest woman regardless of her situation.

Why do people continue to get paid to do stupid research like this?
