Attorney General Eric Holder said Sunday he and President Obama have been targets of “a racial animus” by some of the administration’s political opponents. “There's a certain level of vehemence, it seems to me, that's directed at me [and] directed at the president,” Holder told ABC. “You know, people talking about taking their country back. … There's a certain racial component to this for some people. I don’t think this is the thing that is a main driver, but for some there's a racial animus."

Back in the real world, federal court judge Reggie Walton ruled in the new Black Panthers case that Holder’s Dept. of Justice had wrongfully refused to respond to discovery requests that evidenced political machinations in the DOJ’s decision to not prosecute the Pampers ...
despite the DOJ’s initial protests and insistence that their decision was based solely upon facts and law.
So, again, back in the real world—where there is in fact no racist cracka waiting behind every tree to keep the black man down—affirmative action products Holder and Obama face a hearing before the same judge to show whether their IRS was in fact punishing political opponents, which could be shown or disproved by production by the president of the discovery documents that to date they have refused to supply.
Leading us again to the inescapable question—doth this administration protest too much? When you don’t have the facts, argue the law, and if you don’t have the law, argue the facts. If you don’t have the facts or the law, abuse your opponents by calling them “racists.”
