( Illegal ) Man Arrested For DUI After Wreck Pins Victim Between Vehicles

TULSA, Oklahoma - Tulsa Police made an arrest after a man was pinned between two vehicles early Sunday morning in a wreck.

Jorge Reyes was driving a Ford F150 pickup recklessly in the area of East 21st Street and Garnett around 2:15 a.m., according to Sergeant Chris Moudy, Tulsa Police Department.

He drove through a parking lot on the southwest corner of that intersection where several people had parked their vehicles and were standing around talking. Reyes' pickup ran into another truck, causing a chain reaction that damaged more than one parked vehicle, police say.

The victim was pinned between two of the vehicles in the Plaza Santa Cecilia parking lot. The man was taken to a local hospital with a fractured rib, Moudy said.

Reyes, 19, was booked on misdemeanor complaints of driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving. Police say he had slurred speech and smelled strongly of alcohol.

He is being detained for Immigration and Customs Enforcement authorities.

Who thinks this guy will even remotely stand a chance of being deported ? One thing is for sure he will not be required to pay restitution and as it stands he likely will have supporters demanding ice lift the hold he has on him and do not deport him.He is sorry and it will not happen again.As an Obama dreamer will he get probation and for ice detainers under Obama are pretty much worthless to outstanding citizens like this one.Isn't it written an illegal has to reach 3 misdemeanors before he can be considered candidate for deportion ?

Did the illegal have a license, because here in California the liberals are always going on about how if we just give these criminals drivers licences they would be much safer drivers. I never saw the logic in that, but then I’m not a liberal.
