Absolutely correct. Don’t agree with Juan’s opinions but like the man immensely! The fact that he is slightly off his rocker is overshadowed by the fact that he is not anti white as many, many Afro-Americans are today. I taught in the inner city (8th grade) and I can say that the antipathy of many, many AA’s is so intense it is palpable!
What Hume went through, losing his son, and possibly being partly “responsible” (in the sense that if he was always away from home, that may have had an effect on a depressed young person, or worse, maybe his dad was unhappy with his son’s orientation), would be the worst thing in the world and I pray to Gd to never be in his shoes. I have deep sympathy for him.
With that said, frankly, he was hang-doggy before it ever happened.
