Heard on Rush Limbaugh Show a few minutes ago. Rush mentioned the ban on SS109 and M855 ammunition being pushed by the Obama administration. Rush said that when people began buying ammunition two years ago, the left said that they were kooks. Now they have been proven to be correct.
Rush did say that the ban was on specific ammunition, but that people should not be fooled. They want to go after all ammunition, and they have to start someplace.
Rush is not a "gun guy"; but he is a far sighted political thinker, and he can see the incremental strategy used by the disarmists'.
The first effect of Rush's raising of the public consciousness will be a run on ammunition sales. Expect significant increases in short term demand, perhaps lasting for several weeks.
I would not be surprised to see existing stocks of pistol and rifle ammunition to be cleaned out of Wal-Mart for the next month. Most avid gun culture people have already been aware of the pending ban, and SS109 and M855 have been sold out from Internet and wholesale outlets for a week.

I wonder if the Communist-In-Chief plans a showdown before his reign of national destruction is up? If push comes to shove, I will reluctantly turn in my ammo - at high velocity.

Well, when Congress said no impeachment, ever, under any circumstances, they gave Obama the keys to our nation.

Whomever takes the action, Walker, Cruz, it has to be done with the knowledge that no law and no action outside of the Constitution cannot be undone.
It doesn’t matter, pull citizenship from illegals given anything under an EO. It doesn’t matter who gets squeezed by killing Ocare, it is the protection of the many who oppose the illegally passed law who have the say. Kill the EPA, FEC and all of their rules. Take them down to a minimum size and ensure that they cannot by law do anything like they have without the authority of the house and senate.
Fire them all.

I have no faith a majority Republican Congress combined with a Republican president will roll back what has been done. George W. Bush, with a majority in Congress, did nothing to roll back the damage of his predecessor, much less the bureaucracy and welfare state. In fact Bush expanded the federal government and its regulatory apparatus — Department of Education with “No Child Left Behind”, Department of Homeland Security, Medicare Prescription Drugs. Federal spending went from surplus to deficit and the cumulative federal debt, since the founding, doubled.
Whoever the Republican candidate is in 2016 will make a deal with the devil in order to obtain the billion dollars in campaign financing required to run a winning campaign. Should he or she win, they will owe the money lenders, not the voters.
Rush just had a caller who said they did it last year too by banning the import of steel-core ammo.
The dhimmi system is rather clever. It allows a marginal existence that for most people will be such as to discourage rebellion against the Muslims.
Such a system will gradually push people into converting.
At the same time, those who change their minds and rebel will find themselves in a disadvantageous position vis a vi the Muslims.

Zero ammo will mean you don’t die from Fed SWAT. But from early-onset old age (obama-care).
