Hillary Clinton will announce on Sunday, via Twitter, that she is now officially a candidate for President in 2016. Given that Twitter limits you to 140 characters, it can't be THAT hard to write the TWEET. So, it's contest time: let's see which Freeper can come closest to guessing what the Big Tweet will actually say...
