Just think of it. Walker or Cruz wins in 2016. Does Rubio run for Fla. Governor in 2018 in preparation for a WH run 10 years away? He would be unemployed just as the Castro brothers are ready to pass from the scene. A Rubio hovering above the scene would encourage a crash and burn changeover down there and we should hope for a violent turnover a la Mussolini, Ceauchescou, and Allende. Castro is not entitled to the dignity of a natural death. In 10 years the island nation would be ('post')modern.
Whichever one is not the presidential nominee will be the vice-presidential nominee.
Bank in it!
What an irony! Maybe we’ll all flee to Cuba!
That’s y I’m the Dirty one. Cruz for Pres, Walker vp-that leaves Rubio the odd man out. Nice to have a deep bench.
The “other” will be more effective where he is. Nobody wants to be VP.
The newly created position of DOMESTIC TSAR will be manned by the one and only Donald Trump-he won’t be prez. He will tell all the deadwood employees “you’re fired’ and then he will consolidate what’s left into one or 2 departments. As a builder he can get us started on the Keystone pipeline, the border fence, nuclear power plants and the ANWAR oil field. Let’s not forget the Yucca Mountain depository. He can have all that power without holding the office. Nice way to end a career.
I don’t see a ticket with both Cruz and Rubio on it, which would be possible under your scenario.
I saw mention of Cruz and Walker. I would support either one for President. I do not care much for Rubio.
Personally, it is a great idea for Rubio and all of the Cubans in Florida to return to Cuba, give us and all those retired folks from the northeast back Florida!
Without those Cubans, the northeast retirees would make Florida as left-wing as NYC.
No, Rubio is not the next President of Cuba. I would put money on it.
And I wouldn’t put money on Cuba being free after the Castro brothers die. I hope so but.....
Besides, that’s all Cuba needs is a RINO to lead it (as if 56 years of Castroism wasn’t enough).
