ISIS Allegedly Threatens To "Slaughter" Pamela Geller

Pamela Geller is a notorious right-wing demagogue who has made a career out of stoking the Islamaphobic fears of Archie Bunker America; running ads on mass transit condemning Muslims, publishing books you'll find on your grandparents' coffee table like Stop the Islamization of America, and promoting inflammatory publicity stunts like Sunday's "Prophet Muhammad cartoon contest" in Texas, where two gunmen were killed after opening fire on security.

It's true that Geller is an insufferable troll who deserves to be forgotten forever under her haunted bridge of bigoted provocation, but unfortunately ISIS appears to have elevated her to the status of a worthy [expletive] adversary, threatening to kill her and further inflating her self-importance. A screed posted on an anonymous message board popular with ISIS says that the Texas attack was targeting Keller:

Our aim was the khanzeer Pamela Geller and to show her that we don't care what land she hides in or what sky shields her; we will send all our Lions to achieve her slaughter. This will heal the hearts of our brothers and disperse the ones behind her. To those who protect her: this will be your only warning of housing this woman and her circus show. Everyone who houses her events, gives her a platform to spill her filth are legitimate targets. We have been watching closely who was present at this event and the shooter of our brothers. We knew that the target was protected. Our intention was to show how easy we give our lives for the Sake of Allah.

And blah blah blah what a bunch of @$$holes. The message, which has not been verified as official ISIS Propaganda™, goes on to boast that "we have 71 trained soldiers in 15 different states ready at our word to attack any target we desire."

Geller, of course, is milking this for all its worth, and writes on her blog that "what remains to be seen is whether the free world will finally wake up and stand for the freedom of speech, or instead kowtow to this evil and continue to denounce me."

She goes on to cite unnamed lamestream media outlets who have allied themselves with ISIS: "What’s really frightening and astonishing about this threat is that the media in denouncing me is essentially allying with and even cheering on the Islamic State. I expected this from jihadists. I never expected it from my fellow Americans in the mainstream media."

One day our children may live in a world where it's possible to denounce both Pamela Geller and the psychopathic religious zealots who want her dead, but if we have to choose sides here, we probably have to choose Geller and free speech, no matter how offensive hers may be. Ugh. Guess this means we're on team Geller here. The terrorists have won.

There’s always been people who have targeted specific issues.....the fact Pamela has the moment is no different then others the MSM determines to make issue about....
Communists and Nazi’s too gained the medias attention in their time.

But the ‘distinction’ is these Islamic peoples ‘don’t need a reason’ to do what they’ve been doing for centuries....rather they choose what adds to their agenda that will give them the most miles to carry on with their “agenda”.

This is about ‘Shariah Law’...not Geller......it’s about terrorizing society to yield to that Law. She is simply another target......and there will always be another.
