During a passionate address at historically black Tuskegee University Saturday, Michelle Obama said she refused to let the "sting" of racial bias define her.
"Over the years, folks have used plenty of interesting words to describe me. One said I exhibited a little bit of 'uppityism,'" the first lady said. "Cable news charmingly referred to me as 'Obama's baby mamma.'
"All of the chatter, the name-calling, the doubting, all of it was just noise," she said. "It did not define me, it didn't change who I was, and most importantly, it couldn't hold me back."
Conjuring up the incidents in Ferguson and Baltimore, Obama told graduates, "Here's the thing, the road ahead is not going to be easy. It never is, especially for folks like you and me.
"There will be times, when you feel like folks look right past you or they see just a fraction of who you really are," she said.
The first lady recalled watching passersby cross the street when they saw her, as though afraid for their safety, and department store clerks who kept extra close watch on her and her husband....

I mean after all there are rumors that even before she became the first lady whenever she traveled she HAD to have the penthouse in the hotel and there HAD to be caviore and other foods waiting for her, all while preaching about healthier school lunches while she munched down on every calorie-loaded desert she could get her hands on.
As for being called “Barrack’s baby-mama” I’m fairly certain she’s been called this but NOT by any conservative news outlets. I’m fairly certain I’ve heard this term at BSNBC.
But the whole “clench” their purse when they saw me stuff, now that’s BS. Moochelle doesn’t realize that the most likely cause is that they didn’t want to deal with her since she’s a b***h.

I am certain this nasty hateful woman has also convinced her daughters that they too are victims of the American society and culture. This while they have been flown around the world and to exotic vacations on the taxpayers dimes, and attended the elitist Sidwell Friends school. I don’t know how this family could ever be more disgusting.
Sadly, nobody ever told her that chip was weighing her down. Yup, connections got her the “race co-ordinator” job where she used to show up everyday and when the lyin’ king ascended to his U.S. Senate position, why her work was just so great they doubled(?) her pay. She musta done a wonderful job because I don’t think that position exists now. Now she has servants (slaves?) at her beck and call. What a country huh?
yeah, I’d say she has profited beautifully from her racism. Can’t she just be First Lady of the United States? Does she have to live her whole life with a black chip on her shoulder? Besides it’s all a scam to make money and take advantage of other people.

Was this part of the speech before or after she paid homage to the “Tuskegee Airmen”, who actually did something to enhance this country and weren’t free loaders and grifters.
(I mention Tuskegee Airmen because so close to VE day and the question drips in sarcasm) did the ‘king’ show up at WWII Memorial? I don’t really give a hoot one way or the other cause he will get ‘blasted’ if he does and if he doesn’t.....

People undoubtedly criticized her her whole life, for obvious personality reasons. But referring to her as “uppity”? Please. That trigger word was dragged out of the old South for race-baiting purposes by her speech writers.
