Success in politics, as in war and chess, requires the ability to plan several moves ahead. As Obama awaits court decisions on several of his key policy initiatives, it’s surprising that there has been little or no speculation as to just what exactly was he thinking?

Correct. And this is a possible warm up/trial run before the declaration of a “third term” and a totalitarian third world type of dictatorship is established.
Right now we are in the throes of a “bloodless” (the blood is there- it is in the inner cities where those who are being used to remain in a permanent underclass are killing each other) ongoing revolutionary coup with nothing and no one to stop it. Will the army stop it? Maybe not, it has been infiltrated as well ...
Not to sound cynical, but things are far worse than appears on the surface.
Then you take a page from the discordant actions of this current administration. You do it and stall until the damage is done.
Note: Any move to take the 5th. Circuit Court of Appeals Decision to SCOTUS Justice Scalia will review it — he will likely turn it down for a full SCOTUS hearing ... send it back to the Appeals Court and to Judge Hanen at the District court - where it would await a full trail - that could take until past obama’s term in office... So - the unconstitutional obama tried to sneak into existence would basically die
Unless the Fool trying to blatantly continue - where upon contempt charges will be filed — again he Sec DHS and the Lawyers and others... but not likely against obama.

And the “accommodation” may amount to little more than changing the font on the executive order. But it will kick the ball past the end of his term.
There is precedent. Andrew Jackson and the Trail of Tears.
If the Senate had impeached Clinton, Al Gore would have been President until 2004. If Hillary is toast then the Dems have no present alternative. But if Obama were impeached they could run Biden for reelection (George Soros, are you listening?).
And if so, then what? What’s the Plan B?

Exactly right. Who is going to stop him? The courts can only decide against him. Republicans will NEVER impeach him.
The laws are whatever he says they are. Congress hides in the shadows and allows him to get away with it.

Where has the writer been for the last 6 years, obama could care less about what it's it does what it ants and the republicans applaud it and beg it to let them be it's monica.
Might as well annex the nation of Mexico. Might as well get their land and natural resources too.
