Rising star Carly Fiorina declared her position quite clearly on vaccinations.
Knowing that some vaccinations contain aborted human baby cells, Carly says parents have a 1st Amendment religions right to refuse those vaccines.
"We must protect religious liberty and someone's ability to practice their religion," said the former Hewlett-Packard CEO.
But Carly Fiorina wasn't just discussing theoretical positions on vaccines. She told of her personal experience with a public school nurse who tried to bully Carly's daughter into getting a vaccine against HPV, a sexually transmitted disease.
Kudos to Carly on her principled position opposing mandatory injections of anything the government wants to insert into the arms of our children.
But before we end this video, I have one question: Why is it that school administrators and school nurses are so obsessed with sex as if they automatically assume every school age teen is having sex?
According to statistics I've seen, sexual promiscuity is actually going down. If that is the case, schools should think the best of their students and drop their false and potentially dangerous assumptions since vaccines are not without side effects, including death.
Disease is real and a fact of life since Adam and Eve. Our ancestors made it through with faith and perhaps Gods mercies. While I have no problem with other people’s choice to vaccinate, there are many Christians who have arrived through study and faith at a different position. If we abdicate our freedom of conscious and religious right to abstain from vaccinations, we will stop the totalitarians no further
Blame Obama for our open borders and disease problem, not Christian families who would rather pray for our kids than inject their little bodies with potentially dangerous experiments.

It’s stupidity to not have an unknown substance injected into your babies when the “baby shot” had sent one of them into convolutions for 3 days? Then both the doctor and hospital people try to tell you that it wasn’t the shot? And when you go to enroll her in kindergarten you meet two other moms who had had the same thing happen to their kids and were told the same lie?
OR, you fall for the lie the school tells you that your child cannot start school w/out his shots so he gets all 3 kinds of measles from the measles shot?
Stupid you say? Far more stupid to believe liars and risk your child’s life to keep a very big business going.
Needless to say, the rest of my kids and most of my grand kids weren’t innoculated and are very healthy as a result.
Adam and Eve did without antibiotics and water chlorination. Does that mean you forgo those as well in favor of God's mercies?
Fiorina was with AT&T and Lucent prior to HP, and was hired by HP to be their CEO. She didn't climb the HP ladder internally.

There’s a big difference between the HPV shot - a very new vaccine that has had some deaths associated with it and is only recommended if you’re having sex - and polio, measles, rubella, etc. that you can catch by just being in the company of those infected.
If I studied and prayed and felt like I wasn’t supposed to. I don’t think the analogy works. Injecting foreign substances into our bloodstream is bypassing our protections.
Or there could be an issue. There does appear to be something of a correlation, at a minimum. Interestingly, in our science-worshiping culture we can’t even ask the question, let alone get some research into the potential issues raised.
I guess science really is a religion now.

I have never had chlorinated water or antibiotics injected into the bloodstream. That said, I do not have the same convictions about these items. But I also have not researched the ill effects of these items, except for the overuse of antibiotics in the U.S
to each his / her own. It is about 1,000 on my list :-)
Interesting that not one of the pro vaccination posters below seems to have read the second sentence which mentions aborted fetuses and religious freedom.
Like I said, my kids are vacinated and I am not worried. This is a responsibility of parents, not government. To tell you the truth, I don't give two craps about this issue. It is just weeds out Carly since she thinks it is important to talk about instead of talking about hundreds of more important issues.
I don't look for government to micromanage anything in my life. I certainly don't need a feminst bitch like Carly advocating for goverment to have a roll in healthcare through goverment schools while trying to make the false point she is for individual liberty. BTW, I don't think Carly is evil. She is just ignorant.
I never had vaccinations of any sort except small pox prior to enlisting in the US Army. Neither did anybody else I went to school with. And yet we all somehow made it through.
When I was a kid, polio was serious bad news. Everyone was elated when that vax came out.

I misspoke. Carly climbed the corporate ladder. Period. Still remains true, whether it be at AT&T, Lucent or HP. Thanks for clarifying my inarticulate comment though.
When I was a kid nobody considered forcing school children to get vaccines for venereal diseases.
But back then although there were plenty of pedophiles the nation didn’t work their assessment off to cater to them.
