Pursuant discussion on the Anti-Muslim militia warns against refugee invasion at Idaho statehouse thread, and primarily from the comments of combat_boots and others, I thought it would be an idea to have a "grand central station" area to discuss ideas of ways and means to combat the Muslim invasion.
I'm going to encapsulate the main ideas from the other thread, lay them out here and hope everyone "thinks on it", contacts attorneys you know, get their ideas and see if we can have a central area for reference.
Hopefully, attorney FReepers will chime in and maybe the talk show hosts can address the issue and comment. If the whole country can get to thinking on this, bring their ideas, we ought to be able to do something.
As I mentioned on the other thread, I contacted Jay Sekulow at the American Center for Law and Justice and emailed Mark Levin. Please contact any attorneys you know, bounce these ideas around and see if they have some constructive ways to tackle this problem.
If reasonable ideas can coalesce into an actual suit filed in Federal Court, it may at least delay the importation of the invasion until January, 2017. Assuming we have a Republican administration, further steps can then be taken to stem the tide.
Ideas from combat_boots:
"Frankly, I believe a case at law could be brought that makes resettlement a tort against citizens of the area, said tort being the eradication and infringement of civil rights perpetrated by those being brought in as part of the un-amnesty of 0bamanoids and their accomplices in charity and governmental/non-governmental organizations. These illegals defraud the wholeness of American citizens' civil rights."
"Not a database, no vetting process for the 'immigrants' coming in". .
"The government could and should have the means, methods, and know how to prevent criminal aliens from committing crimes. If it willingly does not, the citizens have a case at law against the government itself."
"The depraved indifference that could apply in any criminal case would apply in civil court-especially where discrimination is demonstrated-against the citizens of the area."
"The other case that came to me was Dred Scott. In diluting American citizenry to less than it was, to the tune of 30-40 illegal aliens in this country, we are being made into 3/5 persons, especially since the prior 'amnesty.' In addition, we are paying cash money for that diminishment in support of illegal care and medical provision. I wonder if that diminishment of Personhood in the individual citizen is actionable against this government as a form of penal servitude, due to open borders and the refusal to maintain and defend the value of an individual's sovereignty, as understood by inalienability."
"Is there possible a case that permits US citizens to seek redress against the government, using the American Indian treaties/breach of, and forced immigration/settlement into the various cities and areas of the US that were used against the American Indians? Could it be possible to establish Interior zones governed as a nation, complete with payment by the so-called US government to empower the citizens of the nation?"
"Might there also be a case made, similar to the restitution of Japanese real estate seized in WWII, for infringement on community cohesion that is destroyed by illegal alien introduction and forced manipulation of real estate values by the McKinney decision (don't recall the name SCOTUS used, but it's an AA type housing gambit)"?
"There has to be a case made for the necessary unfunded mandates that places illegal aliens and others in communities. RICO should be brought, along with due process complaints, against the government."
"It is also my understanding that TINs are acquired through subterfuge by illegals, who then acquire driver's licenses. This should be stopped by law or by refusal to recognize provenance."
"RICO could be brought against Catholic and other charities and NGOs that engage in dropping in illegal aliens. Conspiracy to undermine federal law."
"I also think we have some 9th amendment cases possible against the illegal aliens being brought."
"Is there not a legality issue pertaining to fraud? Passport, name, origin, organizational sponsorship, money carried, work visa, etc?"
"Sometimes, the ideas roll on."
It starts with calling it what it is... invasion.
We are being replaced.
First by friendly tribes. When we didn’t react, our leaders lost their fear of us. Now we are being replaced by enemy tribes.
How do we know you are not some scumbag 0bama supporter/minion in government? You need to get/earn an endorsement from JimRob or another established freeper. Your idea is great, though.
"Thank you for your inquiry to the American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ). Our legal staff has reviewed the information you sent regarding what actions can be taken. We have determined that the ACLJ is unable to assist you at this time because this matter does not present an issue that the ACLJ can address on your behalf."
"Our area of practice is limited to constitutional law with an emphasis on religious liberties protected within the First Amendment freedoms of speech, assembly, and exercise of religion."
Maybe someone at ACLJ will review the thread periodically and comment. We would welcome that or any comments from major national firms.
I can wholly assure you I am not the former and in regards to the latter, I didn't know an endorsement was needed. Am sending this to JimRob for okay.
I suspect that our only recourse is to use our first amendment rights to ‘petition the government for redress of grievances.’ That means starting a movement to push back on refugee settlement within the states by contacting our representatives, & if necessary having protests in front of state houses. We should insist that Muslim refugees be sent to Muslim countries, not here. Islam is not compatible with western values of liberty and tolerance. Since Christians & other religious minorities are truly in danger in the Mid-East, they would present a different issue.
The response from the ACLJ was disappointing, but it really isn’t their bailiwick. We have to make our representatives understand that WE DO NOT WANT THESE PEOPLE HERE.
I sincerely doubt Art in Idaho is an Obama supporter.
Thank you Jim. I can assure everyone I Am Not!
Legal Recourse Discussion Thread Regarding the Muslim Invasion
Article, # 5 , and other discussion.
Thanks, Art in Idaho.
. . . . bbl
If we can somehow 'petition the government for redress of grievances' in Federal Court and at least stay the implementation of the migration, then we could hold off until Jan, 2017.
BTW, from the other thread, where is the Refugee Processing Center in Your State?
Flood Of Migrants From The Muslim World May Be Coming To Baton Rouge, Lafayette And Metairie Has list of the 'infusion centers' for each state.
Full list is here: Refugee Processing Center Directory
Portland, Oregon apparently. Thanks for the link. I know it would be nice to stop them through the courts, but the courts rarely respond to what the citizens want. We don’t have ‘standing’. We’re supposed to go through our legislators.

Are the Patriots of America enough to have Class-Action Standing? There are plenty of us. .
Thank you, Art.
You could have taken a few moments to review Art’s posting history.
He is a huge supporter of the Article V state amendment process to reclaim the people’s sovereign power over our lawless government.
You’re welcome combat_boots! Thank You for your ideas. You we’re the inspiration for the thread.
FYI from Judicial Watch
U.S. Seals Another Deal to Protect Illegal Aliensâ âWorkplace Rightsâ
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3357229/posts
In a final push to ensure the “workplace rights” of illegal immigrants in the U.S., the Obama administration continues to sign pacts with foreign countries guaranteeing to protect their nationals from discrimination on the job.
One solution......employ RICO laws against so-called charities and NGOs that engage in facilitating illegal aliens. Laws compromised include: <><>Conspiracy to undermine federal law.<><> 9th amendment WRT the facilitating of illegal aliens into US communities.

TAX-PAYING AMERICANS NEED TO GO THIS ROUTE to nail these self-serving corrupt govt officials imperiling taxpayers and undermining US ntl security.
===============================================
BACKSTORY The 1980 Georgia General Assembly was concerned about the increasing sophistication of various criminal elements on the public payroll (including those in elective and appointive office). The GA Assembly then adopted the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), patterned after a similar federal law.
(RICO is routinely used to try to prove that a legal business was being used for illegal means, and, in at its inception, RICO was used to prosecute drug traffickers or organized crime members).
In recent years prosecutors have applied RICO to crooked government officials: (1) those accused of using their public offices for personal gain, and, (2) tax-paid officials of govt agencies using public monies to flout the law.
To bring a case under Georgias RICO law, there must be at least two underlying felonies such as fraud, bribery, witness tampering (among other felonies).
RICO allows prosecutors to include multiple defendants charged with various crimes in the blanket indictment, and to charge that govt employees, publicly funded and publicly sanctioned entities were allegedly part of an ongoing criminal enterprise.
EXAMPLE A govt official commits two felonies by (1) accepting, and, (2) filing falsified documents.
==============================================
HERE'S THE PATHWAY TO LAUNCH---Texas took the lead w/ 26 state AGs, successfully arguing that Obama's beatified DACA/DAPA's were made more desirable employees than US citizens.
==============================================
Any public official using tax dollars to flout that law is a lawbreaker: in cases where govt officials on the public payroll not giving public notice is a violation at the federal level of the 1946 Administrative Procedure Act, which requires notice in the Federal Register. Laws demand that taxpayers have the opportunity to submit views in writing.
===============================================
NOTE If proof is established that RICOed criminal public officials impaired the commercial and economic activity of the region, that could also be prosecutable under the Hobbs Act.
=========================================
UPDATE Georgias RICO law recently tried and convicted 27 corrupt school personnel who are now in jail.
