Shot a pig with blue fat
A man from Morgan Hill, CA posted about how he shot a pig on their ranch and noticed that it had blue fat. They did not start cutting open the pig until they had strapped it to the ATV and driven back home so most of the blood has left the pigs body at this point. They have also shot wild pigs on the ranch before and none of them have been blue.
A spokesman for the California Department of Fish and Wildlife told the Morgan Hill Times experts have "occasionally" seen cases where wild pigs have exhibited "similar discoloration of their insides." Read the rest of the story here.
Back a couple of months ago....some report came up like this and it was discussed as being squirrel type bait (blue in nature, I guess) and the wild pig had consumed the material. Conservation officer recommended testing the pig later.
agree, may be due to poison. i recall when coyote bait was legal the wild pigs were turning a shade of blue.
It follows that this piggy yielded blue bacon?
Maybe it’s been taking collodial silver?
Not on MY dinner plate!
Well, they don’t call it a blue state for no reason
Would you eat it on a boat, Would you eat it with a goat?
Possible consumption by said pig of D-con rat poison?
Eating crap out of a pot-a-potty?
Yum...
