The left is using a successful dirty political trick to get the most unelectable candidate as their opposing nominee. In this case I believe that person to be Donald Trump.
They learned this trick from the recent French Le Pen elections where they crossed party lines and voted for Le Pen's opponent. The left may be lying, cheating, diabolical thieves but they are not stupid in the ways of politics and they learn quick. They don't have to worry about ethics and honor like the right does.
I think the left sees Cruz as the worst possible outcome for them so they are improving the odds of Trump being the nominee.
I also see Cruz as being the most trustworthy candidate we have which is why I have switched my support from Trump to Cruz.
What say you? Do you believe they are now using this French trick to sway elections?
BTW; I tried to give credit to the Gateway Pundit for bringing this to our attention but wanted to write a vanity blurb to bring it to FR to talk about. If I did it wrong; please correct as needed.

I don’t know if there will be many crossovers this primary because Bernie and Hillary are running too close.

Sounds to me like Cruz’s Newest Nasty Trick is to blame a Trump win on crossover leftists.
I think anyone who spouts this “libs are going to get Trump nominated” line are both in denial that everyone isn’t fawning all over Ted Cruz, and also very unfamiliar with how the Iowa caucus works. This isn’t some thing where you show up at a school and go into a both and pull a lever. You go to YOUR church or YOUR neighbors house and stand up and declare your choice out loud in front of everyone.
You can’t pull an “Operation Chaos” in reverse here. It just simply isn’t possible.
People like Donald Trump. It’s best to just accept that fact instead calling everyone who doesn’t vote for your candidate a super-secret liberal plant who just wants Hillary to win.
That’s pretty much why Bernie will be the next POTUS: “We are all socialists now.”
Between the the many so-called conservatives who will sit home because their pet issue or pet candidate isn’t on the ballot, and the illegal vote, the Bernie young voters voting 2-3 times (since most of them have no use for democracy anyway), the GOP will lose in a historic landslide.
This has been the Left’s “trick” since the 70s. You should be used to it by now.
Not a terribly new trick, nor a liberal trick. Or have we forgotten about certain radio pundits urging conservatives to make the Obama Hillary race uglier with crossover votes? Which also reminds just how effective said plan really is.
I think Trump outshines some R candidates
Some who will be falling along the wayside soon.
If true it’s going to backfire on them. Trump is our strongest candidate in the general election by far. I don’t think any of the others have a chance of winning.
So if Trump gets nominated you are going to vote for Hillary or Bernie? Or not vote which is about the same thing? Hmmm?
I’m not buying it... If that was the case, Bernie would not be winning in Iowa. I think they have their hands full right now with Bernie Sanders.
I think Cruz would be easy to beat in a General Election, he’s not likeable. He’s actually getting a little creepy with his religious/judgmental thing. If I wanted to beat Cruz, I’d paint him as a religious zealot, and that would be very easy because he plays right into it.
Except the left and the Republican party did everything they could to destroy Trump. Other than that nice theory.
But the Cruz shenanigans of late have caused me to question his honor a bit.
I was even moved to make a few funny graphics at his expense..
I hope he straightens up after taking 2nd place today and a Trump/Cruz ticket again become possible.

Agreed. i am fed up with being told I am an ignorant shill for the libs. The real chaos is by leftists masquerading as anti Trump conservatives.
By all means, vote for a career politician. They are great.
