Trump hired Polish illegal immigrants thirty years ago and that is unforgiva-bubble.
He should have had the foreshight 30 years ago to predict that some illegals might be terrorists, and cried, "Citizen's Arrest!"

How evil were these Polish illegals? Did they flee from the Soviet Bloc? Shouldn't they have been allowed to defect to the USA legally in the first place?
I mean, maybe he could have called David Booth to have pyschic dreams and predict that we need better immigration policy. So with that lack of vigilance I can very much understand his critics.

What this does show is that Trump is perfectly willing to break the law if it saves him some money, and that his current position (a Yuuge Wall!) is a flip-flop from his long-standing position on the matter.
Like Trump, or hate him, I don’t care. But the simple truth is Trump is the only one left who can win the demographics needed to beat the democrats in the general. Cruz has appeal to one small group, and that’s all he’ll ever have.
And that’s the name of that tune. All the flailing and protest won’t change it.
A Contractor hired them, and paid them the prevailing minimum wage, which was $4 an hour, they wanted 5$ an hour. Oh the horror.
My point is that those were different times. As I understand it, employers didn’t even check temp employees’ citizenship back then. And unions often did the vetting of employees for them.

We had a vibrant ecoonomy back then, easily absorbed the Polish refugee population, their crime rate was nothing to write news about, and they weren’t islamo-terrorists.

Trump paid the contractor. It is the contractor who stiffed the workers. It is also the contractor, not Trump, who hired the illegal Polish workers.
Trump did not hire these people the GENERAL CONTRACTOR did!!! Trump hired the general contractor!!!
When I was on a tourist train in Alaska last month outside of Skagway, I found out that Trump’s grandpa made more money than almost all the prospectors in the ‘98 gold rush there. what did he do? opened liquor stores and bordellos for the miners.
His proud grandson follows the family tradition making money off of vice.

Frankly I hope Trump uses ALL of the illegals here to build the wall, on the Mexican side of the border of course!!! BOOM wall goes up and they are stuck on the other side, PERFECT solution!!! Plus they would have a little pocket money to start life over in Mexico!!!!

You are using the exact same argument that the Dems now use to justify 20 million illegal aliens living here today: Well, they're not breaking any laws (except all the laws they are breaking).
To the extent that it was a tactic in defeating the Soviets, then it could be excused. But we don't have any similar excuse now.
