Beachwood, OH is a small very affluent suburb not very far east of Cleveland and connected with roads bringing the east side of Cleveland easily there. Just guessin’, but folks there might have felt that the city’s challenges couldn’t spread there.
Yes, very nice area and one of the few malls left in the Cleveland burbs.
