FBI Director James Comey Did Make Two Grave Mistakes In His Hearing On Capitol Hill Yesterday
IWB ^ | Pamela Williams

Posted on 03/21/2017 1:23:11 PM PDT by davikkm

FBI Director James Comey could do no wrong in his eyes yesterday on Capitol Hill. He was so full of himself and so cocky, I am sure he thought he was bulletproof. But I would say to him, you failed to tell the truth and the full truth; thus, you failed, Director Comey. You did succeed in in damaging the image of Mainstream News Media even worse than it already is. You failed to take the one criminal act we were certain of and investigate the leaking of classified information. We know that DID HAPPEN, but you seemed to care less about THAT.

You seemed to weave and promote a conspiracy theory that the American people have been grappling with for too long. You continually harped on the theory that President Trump was involved with Russia or as you said, “he was coordinating” with Russia.

Definition of coordinate

1

a : equal in rank, quality, or significance keeping the branches of government coordinate

b : being of equal rank in a sentence coordinate clauses

2

: relating to or marked by coordination

3

a : being a university that awards degrees to men and women taught usually by the same faculty but attending separate classes often on separate campuses

b : being one of the colleges and especially the women’s branch of a coordinate university

4

: of, relating to, or being a system of indexing by two or more terms so that documents may be retrieved through the intersection of index terms

Did Comey —coordinate— his response with his brother
who oversaw (sees?) the auditing of ...
the Clinton Foundation?

or was his testimony simply bought?

was there a disclosure by him of the connection?

Mistake 1: Appearing

Mistake 2: Not committing seppuku following the appearance given his evisceration by that freshman Repub woman.

The idea that cheap tricks by Russia affected my vote is a ridiculous insult. Investigate Mexico’s influence in the election.

As Comey is still in office today, the mistakes were not grave.

His job shoulda been DRT.

Comey ran up against a skilled prosecutor in Trey Gowdy who opened the door for him to expose himself. A trap was set and Comey walked right into it.

Comey acknowledged that the FBI has been conducting a counter-intelligence investigation into alleged links between individuals associated with the Trump campaign and Russia during the election since last July (maybe before). At the same time he maintained that President Trump’s charges of “wiretapping” Trump Tower were false.

But his real blunder came when Gowdy led him into exposing where probable leaks and felony crimes may have been committed within the Obama administration by asking about the process of masking persons named in investigations.

“Mistake 2: Not committing seppuku following the appearance given his evisceration by that freshman Repub woman.”

Big Media has been pushing the “freshman” narrative to elicit responses like “A FRESHMAN took down Comey”.

Comey is about as compromised and pwned by the leftists as they come. Guessing Trump is just so used to everyone he knows envying and hating him that he feels it doesn’t matter as long as he can keep Comey in sight.

Elise Stefanik was re-elected in 2016.

What has Gowdy done for us besides being a better talker than the leftists’ god for the last eight years?

You answered your own question— >> for the last eight years?

He didn’t exactly get cooperation from the DIMWITOCRAT DOJ !

Precisely!

A counterintelligence investigation of Trump and his associates based entirely on a false premise. To wit, that the Russian government influenced the presidential election, for which there is no proof whatsoever. There’s not even proof/evidence that “Russia”, i.e., the Russian government, hacked the DNC account of John Podesta, only that some of the IP addresses - not all - tracked back to Russia (assuming they were not spoofed).

What there IS proof of, however, is that electronic surveillance of at least one of Trump’s associates - Mike Flynn - did, in fact, occur. The existence of a transcript of Flynn’s conversation with Amb. Kislyak is that proof, despite the objections of Comey and others. If the FBI did not conduct that surveillance, then who did? Whose responsibility is it to identify the source of that transcript and how it was obtained? The FBI’s.

What about the leaking of what should have been classified information? Isn’t the Bureau the least bit interested in that, a genuine counterintelligence/insider threat issue...?

I have watched FBI Director Comey over several hours of YouTube videos, and I am amazed:
1. I didn’t know they stacked “it” that high.
2. In all his pervasive ways, I believe that he lied, has lied, and will continue to lie, therefore, President Trump, fire this man!
3. For the Director of (sorry, Rep. Gowdy), what USED TO BE “the premier law enforcement agency” in the nation, there were sure a lot of “Duh, I dunno’s” going from his lips!
4. The NSA fellow, to me, was holding Director Comey’s hand a LOT, as he was answering questions, making sure Comey was fed the right response.
5. For all the tax money I have paid over the years, I DO NOT FEEL PROTECTED, NOR DO I HAVE THE LEVEL OF CONFIDENCE I USED TO, for the FBI.

FWIW, I have been saying for years that EVERY member of the House was complicit in the Fraud’s crimes against America because any one of them could have brought impeachment charges to the floor.

NONE did.

Gowdy? Don’t make me laugh.

There has been exactly ONE crime committed, and when you’ve got the Director of the FBI in front of you, under oath, I guess if youre a brillaint prosecutor like Gowdy it just doesn’t occur to you to ask him “Director Comey, did you personally reveal the identify of General Flynn as the person on those surveillance recordings?” And, “Who did you share that information with?”

It’s like having the fish on your hook and then throwing your rod and reel into the lake.

Robbie Mook said he had info on the investigation on March 7. Rep Stefanik was able to get Comey to admit he had kept Congress in the dark until March. Comey also said that he could discuss the investigation because he had permission from the Justice Dept. When did he brief Congress? Was it before Robbie Mook had the info?

He also straight up lied under oath that none of the GOP hacks were published.

But nothing ever comes of Gowdy exposing his crimes.

I understand completely and agree with you.

The one thing that sticks out like a sore thumb to me is that HRC approved the transfer of 20% of USA’s uranium and over 100 million was funneled to the Clinton Foundation. She couldn’t have acted alone, she can not move uranium on her own. Others acted with her.

As far as I am concerned, the whole Trump/Putin thing is to take the heat off of those who knew about this transaction and did nothing to stop it. Smoke and mirrors....
