Ah, Baltimore. The other city that never sleeps, primarily because its homicide rate is the highest in the country. Also interestingly, its a city big on gun control. How could a city with strict gun laws have such a high murder rate? I thought having more firearm laws would save lives.
But true to the form of the insane, Baltimore is going to keep pushing forward with the idea that doesnt work and promote gun restrictions by busing school children to Washington D.C. in order to participate in the March for Our Lives event this month. Not just a class, or representatives from a Baltimore school, but 3,000 students total.
Whats more is that Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh has announced that 60 buses will be provided for free, to the students who go, as well as meals and free t-shirts, according to the Baltimore Suns Kevin Rector.

Schools using kids for political gain.
Or maybe another nor'easter with below freezing temperatures ...
Weeks ago, they couldn’t afford to heat the schools in Balto.
Now, they have a spare $100,000 to bus kids to DC?
Typical.
Providing food and transportation would make this a school activity, wouldn't it?
So if a student was to stub his toe on this trip, who's responsible?
Only if algore shows up in support.
By the way, from now on I am referring to semi-auto firearms, like a typical rifle before OR after a Bumpfire stock is installed, as a single-shot rifle, since one single trigger pull = one single shot. FULL autos would be multi-shot. Beatem at their word games!
I am praying for major rain. Maybe even snow.
Nor’easter would be okay.
They’d be better off taking those kids to view autopsies on people murdered in drug deals, and gang-related shootings. It might help deter them from partaking in those activities.
I will tell you what will happen on this trip. I saw this before when in DC.
The buses pull up, people get off, stretch, sidle off to one side a little bit, then haul butt to run around and go sight-see. Unless there is one adult per child, these kids are going to escape and go play.
Yep, there were a few dozen buses once when I was there, they all had matching red protest t-shirts (I don’t recall the protest - but it was one of those where it was against the GOP, and free bus, shirt and lunch) and within minutes after the buses unloaded the “protesters” scattered. Only a handful ended up marching. LOL. We ran into small groups of them here and there through the day - mostly in the free museums and monuments.
