I will probably be disappointed if it comes to that, but you may be pleasantly surprised. Less than I think will probably side with the people, but more than you think will.

They don’t care about the Constitution when they think they’re right and are so, so certain they know what’s best for the rest of us. Son of a bitches.

I had a discussion at work with a woman who I highly respect and like...and she said “People shouldn’t be able to own assault weapons...who needs to hunt with that?”

I stopped her and gently said the 2nd Amendment has nothing at all to do with hunting or target shooting, but is there to protect us from other people, and ultimately, from our own government. I also asked who gets to define what an “assault rifle” is?

If every person voted who participated in today’s cross country rally’s, we’d be in trouble. Thankfully majority won’t. The seniors today will be busy starting college thank God!!!

Or, five judges on USSC who see some emanating penumbras that the 2nd amendment does not apply to individuals.

Unfortunately, folks like her have been dumbed down so that they have no concept of just how much of a threat the other side is.

Some can be reached, others can’t, and won’t.

At the end of the day, it’s a decision each of us must make. Every man has a moment of truth, and it’s usually faced alone, and with our backs to the wall.

I’m an American. This is a Right, period. I’m law-abiding right until the point that the Law threatens my life, and then all bets are off.

If we’re to call ourselves Free People, we’d better damn well be ready to act like it, and fight to protect it.

By any means necessary.

It would cost them more than votes.

What would gun owners do?

Keep them.

And use them on anyone trying to confiscate them.

If true, that would cut down on their casualties.

What is this thing called a “constitution”? I vaguely recall the country used to have one. I think at one time it was naively called the “Supreme Law of the Land.” Ancient history.

Or.. you could get some president who simply suspends the constitution, as has been done in the past (Lincoln), and then the whole constitution essentially goes away.

Nooe, nope, nope. Libtards have had plenty of opportunities to do away with guns legislatively.

But, then they lose the South and wide swaths of the rest of the country in which hunting is a popular sport or way to obtain food.

It’s analogous to tobacco, dangerous stuff, no one disagrees. Why is it still legal? Why did algore’s daddy vote against outlawing the stuff?

Hypocrites, all.

These idiot children will grow up to be every it as duplicitous as their predecessors.

She isn’t dumb, and she isn’t a liberal. She just simply doesn’t think about or care about the 2nd Amendment. She just knows what she hears.

I hope so. Our side talks a good game about resisting tyranny, but, we’re an awfully well behaved bunch.

Oh course they would if pushed try to abolish the 2nd amendment. Look they passed a federal assault weapons ban and promptly lost a majority in the US House.

The left does not generally understand the intense passion of firearms owners, which is why the NRA grassroots outreach to both members and non-members is so incredibly effective.
