But let’s all admit that Carlson is absolutely 100% correct about one thing: Sidney Powell had better be able to clearly and unambiguously back up her consistent claim that Dominion/Smartmatic software was manipulated to switch millions of Trump votes to Biden when these cases go to court in the coming two weeks. She has made this claim so frequently now that any judge she goes in front of is going to be very curious to see if she can back it up.
And “proof” cannot simply be an affidavit from or testimony by some former employee, which is what Powell consistently refers to whenever she is questioned about this. She will need to have first-hand, real documentary evidence to back up any verbal claim from any witness. If she does not have that, then she should not have been out there making this claim in ever press appearance she has made over the past two weeks.

Those are my thoughts also. I can’t imagine Giuliani and Powell putting the reputations they have built up over their entire professional lives be willing to throw them away for a story they know they can’t prove. It makes no sense. They either are going to be able to prove the massive voter fraud via voting machine systems or are both committing hara-kiri to their reputations.
Only free and open source software should be allowed and contracted for elections in the U.S.A. Free and open source software can be audited by any and all developers. Any closed source software is a national security hole and will lead to the end of your freedoms, poverty and destruction.
This author sounds like he thinks Trump’s attorneys are crazy and have no proof.
The attorneys involved are very credible, far beyond the author. If they are saying something, they will have what they claim—proof the Courts need and have considered appropriate in prior cases.
How can this author lambaste the multiple lawyers involved with no proof of his own that what they will be presenting in Court is bad?
The first federal judge in the case should order that all (very bit) of the source code software be provided by Dominion (and aliases) immediately. Survival of our nation is more important than a copyright, and closed source software shouldn’t have been allowed near any election to begin with.
Carlson is a poster child for libertarian bags of dung.
by this time you trumps team could have contacted every single registered voter in one of the disputed areas and asked them if they voted and if so, if they would reveal for who.

What utter BS is this? Georgia’s recount was worthless. Firstly, there was only one observer for EIGHT people counting ballots. That is not meaningful oversight. Secondly, once fraudulent ballots are injected into the total, just counting them does not reveal the fraud - or at least not much of it. They need to either audit the ballots tracking down and weeding out all the illegal ballots as well as strike down the corrupt consent order agreed to by the Secretary of State (only the legislature can make election laws) and toss all mail in ballots since the signatures were only matched to the ballot application and not to the signature database as required by law.
Trump should just concede and allow the election to be stolen? When did you crawl over here from DU?

BOYCOTT FOX and fight back.
The vote dumps and other statistical evidence such as the same ratios holding in several states, or the exact same numbers appearing in various places are damning......but given the stakes, they need more.
Add the sworn affidavits of observed fraud to that.
Add the evidence of dead people voting, people who moved away voting and evidence of people who were surprised to learn they had “voted” to that.
Add the algorithms, databases, audit trails etc of Dominion voting systems to that.
Add the Soros connections and the statements of Dominion higher ups about how they had fixed the election against Trump and all the foreign connections to that.
We need to not only make the case to judges, we need to have enough to provide them political cover. As a backstop in cases the judges do not act, we need to provide state legislatures and US House of Representatives political cover to declare Trump the winner (which they have the power to do) if the judges do not act.
I’m not saying to release all evidence to the media right now for them to attack, but ultimately we need to have enough evidence to convince a large segment of the public. This will be a political act - not just a legal one.

If nothing else the fact that Dominion has gone into hiding is pretty telling.

Tell me about it - we’ve heard far too many ‘tick tocks’ to simply believe people, even if they appear to be on our side.
In her case, she doesn’t have to lay out an entire legal strategy on Tucker or anywhere else, but she can at least give some broad outlines of what’s coming...assuming anything is coming.
So Tucker is going to sit and wait for Sidney to produce the evidence.
He has no curiosity to pick up the phone and do some investigating on his own? He has no resources at Fox? She’s given him some meaty leads.
