Cool! I loved that one :) I love how you inserted the Communist logo in the ACLU hehe.
"But your biggest crime, you're a Bhristmas icon and Christmas must die." Aint that the truth.
"And so he began throwing bibles and managers and Christmad cards at them. The commies were in grave Danger!"
I LOVED those two lines hehe :) I also love how you made this one color :) Gret job and Merry Christmas! :)
"For when an ACLU member is exposed to religeon he melts away screaming 'Seperation of Church and State!!!'"

Nice job!
Merry Christmas.

Thanks Paul.
Coloring it was a first-time experiment. I used markers. In some cases, it worked well, and in some it didn't. The elephant's skin color doesn't look great. But Santa's suit turned out good.

Yeah I colored my one drawing with the computer here. Even with the computer it is not easy.

I am currently doing a computer drawing of an Ion Cannon Frigate I designed for my novel. Inspired by the game Homeworld (where the term Ion Frigate comes from) but it has three cannons instead of just one and uses an asymmetrical design.

I thought about that, but with computers it doesn't work for me...the colors are too absolute and solid and don't look right with organic edges.
I decided to color it because it's the Christmas strip and therefore sort of a special episode. I wanted to do something different, too.

Wow, I'll bet that's complex looking and will take a long time to make. Things like that take hard work.

Yes especially since the design will be highly angular and 'crude' looking. So far I only got the front of the hull done.

I learned that the hard way. Skin is especially hard to do with computers. This drawing took me a month to pencil and another month of coloring (mostly trial and error in coloring).

VERY good, and so true!!
I REALLY like the depiction of the ACLU and the "hooded goons" that look like a bunch of executioners from an old cartoon!! Also, the color was a nice touch. I think you have found your true calling.

That looks pretty good. I imagine that coloring was REAL hard to do.
