When it comes to alternate power, my bet is on Japan. If anthing gets invented as a new energy source the Japanese will put it to use. They are amazing people, see how far they came in only a 100 years into the idustrial revolution when some countries were still in the dark ages and still are.

CV Wood Jr happened to die on March 14, 1992 of cancer. However, his zombie is still praising new technology. He is quite the innovator.

--Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't electricity the flow of electrons.

It's just a model. If negative charges are moving in one direction there are positive moving in the other. I don't think anyone's ever seen anything actually moving.

Thank heavens they are still publishing crap like this. I think stories like this are essential for inspiring 10 year-olds everywhere. I remember being absolutely transfixed by stories of the Dean Drive and my father indulgently listening as I explained how it didn't need energy to run. I looked into it for months before realizing that it couldn't work.

The downside is some people will want to invest in this and that's where the fraud occurs

OK, OK, I surrender.

I even drive a Mazda Tribute.

But the point I was making was that that engine, when it came out was going to revolutionize the car motor industry.

There were complaints that "big car/oil" and force us to drive the in line and V motors.

Mr. Gray obviously stole his idea from Mr. Flinstone. This technology has been around since the Stone Age. (:D)

They haven't invented anything that I know of except a controversial theory of quality control which some people would say is in the same category as this article. They pay attention, that's all.

"If negative charges are moving in one direction there are positive moving in the other."

No, that's not true. The popsitive charge doesn't "move". Only electrons move. Even though it is conceptually taught that the positive charge moves it is really the negatively charge particles that move.

"create limitless electric power without using up fuel -"

The hamsters would need to eat eventually I would think.
Running on the treadmills would make them tired after while.

I was disappointed, myself, that the Sterling engine didn't get any further than it did.

Sounds like faith to me.

And even that spins off of J. Edwards Deming (American) and "total quality."

only real way to make money in this realm is not to scam the moonbats

Au contraire. Moonbat financial harvesting is quite lucrative - you just have to target the right market. While plenty of scams are directed at conspiracy buffs and wanna-be inventors, the big money is in religion.

Think about it: protected by the 1st amendment, so no worries about false advertising; usually tax-exempt (unless so egregious as to forfeit that benefit); and the side benefits - young women (or men depending on one's proctivities) willing to participate as faithful concubines.

L Ron, you magnificent bastard!

No offense, but the Japs suck at "inventing". What are they are good at is taking other peoples inventions, and or technology and improving or changing it for their use. Even their language and writing was 'borrowed' from others, China and/or Korea IIRC.

The sole exception might be the Samurai Sword and how they made the steel (the finest weapon blades in the world). But even then 'steel' was invented by others.

Two things caught my eye; (1) Mr. Grey was self-educated, like these inventors seem to always be, and (2) the article was dated 7/1/73.

I've always wondered how you stop a perpetual motion machine!
