the judge in Karr's case - is going to be the same judge that oversaw the grand jury convened in the 90s.
Had to leave early this morning, so just now seeing news & internet material--last night it seemed to me that the media in general is very peevish about the lack of leaks in this case, and are interpreting this lack as "no evidence." That may very well be the case--but I did have to chuckle that the media's feelings are hurt because no one's leaking info to them!
