Birkhead and Virgie Still At Odds
TMZ has learned Virgie Arthur is making it very difficult for Larry Birkhead to assume the role of daddy.
We’re told Virgie is trying to block Larry’s move to take Dannielynn back to the U. S. of A., unless Larry agrees to share guardianship with her. Virgie also wants sole guardianship if Larry dies while Dannielynn is still a minor.
Virgie’s conditions are curious to say the least, especially since we know the Bahamian judge has already said that he would probably allow Larry to take the baby to the U.S., provided he return with Dannielynn for the formal custody hearing on June 9.
Larry and Virgie are due back in court tomorrow and the judge could lay down the law and clear the way for Larry and Dannielynn to take the first jet that smokes out of Nassau.
In spite of Virgie’s demands, Larry has allowed her to visit with the baby, but we’re told Larry feels like Virgie is trying to act like she’s in the middle of a marital custody dispute. This just in — she’s a grandma!

Birkhead Hopeful He Will Be Able To Bring Daughter
NASSAU, Bahamas (April 24, 2007) — Though his last court battle ended without resolution, Larry Birkhead tells Access Hollywood he is optimistic he will be able to bring his daughter Dannielynn home soon.
Access has learned that in order to bring home his child with late model Anna Nicole Smith, the birth certificate for the seven month old must be changed to reflect his paternity. Currently the certificate lists Howard K. Stern as the baby’s father.
Birkhead will have to change the name at the General Registry Office in the Bahamas to receive a passport for the child.
Birkhead recently confirmed to Access he has the support of Stern, which is likely to help speed the transfer process along. He is however still embroiled in a court battle with Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur who has been working to strike a visitation agreement.
There is no doubt the court fight has taken its toll on Birkhead who revealed to Access Hollywood he has lost almost 20 pounds. Currently he is said to be “under the weather.”

Hey I agree just posting the articles..Yes I believe part of the problem is Stern.
I just have that funny feeling that Anna had an old will (say 1994/1995)where Virgie was Danny's guardian and co-executor of her estate along with the aunt. Howard wants to make sure that they don't look to it for guidance (and they may).
He has to place Virgie in a "no rights" position before he leaves this court.
In other words, Howard has already taken away two people that Virgie held dear...he just wants to complete the "job".

I think tomorrow court hearing is just about Larry giving the courts his travel plans and the court has been put off til June because the judge is going on a vacation for a month.So I guess Larry wants to bring the baby home til the court hearing in June and that is what tomorrow is about.
