I am pretty sure that Virgie will cut DL out of her will, if HK$ remains in her life.

There are ways to ensure that DL can inherit. One being that her share, if any, is set up in a Howard-proof trust until a certain age. Hopefully he'll be in prison by then. Larry sounds like a stand up guy, and I certainly hope any animosity between Virgie and Larry is cleared up quickly.

My ex has custody of our 12 yr old, and if I die before she's back with me, or she's under 21, then I will initiate a fail-safe clause in my will. Just been too lazy to do any research.

I remember ages ago hearing that ANS mother came to her strip joint once and dragged her out by the hair, lol.

I wonder if that story was from her TV show?

Who knows.

The media has been getting extremely sloppy and even fabricating things

I agree things are being fabricated - history is being rewritten. Saying Dannie was 'in the fast lane' directly contradicts Martino, Daniel's mother, godmother and grandmother, even his friends at school where they said he was shy and quiet and very smart. 20 too 'early' to begin college? most kids are in their senior year at 20 fcol. Somehow I don't think Daniel would be friends with someone who he might have gotten thrown out of the house over, and I doubt that Daniel would be supportive of the things said about his mother last year, or would be supportive of ANYONE pursuing 'sole custody' of Daniel's (not-yet-born) baby sister. It seems we know now, unfortunately, what LB's testimony is going to be for Daniel's inquest - he's rehearsing it in interviews already (sigh). Sad sad sad, that the game now is to paint Daniel as the drug addict son of a drug addict...it turns my stomach

NG isn’t the one to help him....She has totally turned about face from the beginning of this saga. She was very Anti-Stern at that time. Guess Lin Wood has her scared into the opposite corner.

Nancy perplexes me..as agressive as she can be..I'd expect her to take Greta's stance.....bring it on big boy..we got a stable of media lawyers just chomping at the bit to get you on the stand and ask you a few rather direct questions! - GO Greta!! lol

BTW when did KE’s relationship with ANS start. That didn’t seem to help “repair” anything. What a therapist

you know, that's a very very good question. IIRC, she was anna's 'neighbor' (landlord?) at the 'anna nicole show' house..but one wonders if she moved there on the prompting of HK, who apparently had such a long-standing relationship with KE, that he would ask her, to 'call my parents' (without giving her a number), when he was in that hotel room. Which makes me think that HK and KE go back a lot further than KE and Anna? dunno.

Makes no sense....most kids go to college at 18.

Is Larry now going to drop hints here and there about Daniel and his “living in the fast lane” to help his new best bud, Goat, for the inquest?? Maybe Larry should consider what “Lane” Daniel was living in with his drugged out mom and her goat-like enabler. grrrrrr

I’m getting really angry.

With our divorce rate at 50%+ you just get more grandparents and less bonding.

ya know, a divorced youngmother friend of mine (wink wink), voluntarily made her child go to her paternal grandparents one weekend a month, every month, until the child was 14, at which time the child ws given the right to make her own schedule. The child may not have been there for all the holidays, but she was given plenty of time to get to know her fathers' kin. Those relationships have grown into strong bonds, and she appreciates the very strong support system in place, all stemming from those visits. Not to mention, the paternal grandparents think the mother is the cats-meow for sharing her child when she didnt' have to. The 'friend' feels good about it to this day :-)

I hear you. And like i said before...no matter what kind of life ANS lead, she did not deserve what happen to her the last week of her life. Such a waste.

Just about to find out who will go home from Dw/Stars this week - Cliffie Claven or Heather Mills ... it’s Heather! Wow.

Will put your request on my list, but it’s a looooonnngg list!

I remember when it was announced as an exclusive on the local morning news I watch here in Houston (KTRK - which is ABC) that O’Quinn was going to go to FL for the Seidlin hearing, which was already underway.

At the time, Virgie was asking for ANS and Daniel both to be brought home and buried in Houston. That was what O’Quinn originally wanted to fight for.

Looking at my early notes, that was Valentine’s Day - 2-14-07 - and he was flying to Miami that afternoon for the hearing the next morning, 2-15-07. I don’t think he had talked to VA much, if any, before that - I think it was his idea.

Heather got cut? I don’t watch it, but I follow it through the news. The clips I’ve seen with her have been outstanding!

She was wonderful, all things considered. People were just in amazement at what she could do. But her last two weeks hadn’t been very good and she even fell last week, after the dance was over.

She had been showing her “strap” those last two times, too, which she had always hidden before - that’s what kept her leg from “flying off” as so many had predicted (including Heather) could happen.

I thought that was strange - but kind of knowing something about her, I felt like it was a subliminal msg for a bit of a sympathy vote.

I can see her doing that to garner sympathy—she just seems that kind of person. Still, I thought she did great from what I saw and most definitely thougt it was very admirable for her to even take on the challenge. I admire her for that.

When I was going thru my notes a couple of nights ago, I noticed something I had missed the first time around. It was probably discussed here and I didn’t get a chance to read it.

I missed 1000 contiguous posts once on the 2nd thread and about that many in scattered clumps on the first one - and maybe a few here and there on this one.

Anyway, it was a jpg I had saved of the burial affidavits for the Seidlin circus. I hadn’t ever bothered to read them, thinking we knew what was in them.

But there were four of them, each of them sworn out in a different jurisdiction. Moe was in FL and there was a TX one in Houston. That was Troy Hollier, the Houston cop who barely knew ANS but had been her bodyguard during the Houston Marshall trial and subsequently went to Daniel’s funeral.

Anyway, one was KE’s, sworn out in The Bahamas (2-13-07) and one was Wes Irwin’s, sworn out in Los Angeles (2-13-07). The KE one said she was ANS’s treating physician and that she had known ANS for “approximately 5 years.”

Wes’s didn’t mention he was related in any way to KE and only said he was ANS’s former next-door neighbor (which KE’s did NOT say) and that he had known her “approximately four and one-half years.” It also said he had traveled to The Bahamas to visit her after Daniel’s death.

Oh, I do, too. I was cheering her on. It was just that something had changed in the past two weeks - the competition had certainly gotten harder, but she had been doing great before that.

When she fell, the judge Carrie Ann said she thought it was a great reminder to everyone what kind of difficulties Heather had been working with. It was not a “demerit” in any way. (It was after the dance, anyway.)

But then I noticed the strap being so prominent in her last two weeks of dances, and quite distractingly so, not even wrapped with matching fabric or a scarf or something. Just a big white wraparound thing like a neck collar.

And then when they did their first group dance that was shown “last night” (whenever they actually tape it, I don’t know), Joey Fatone said something about how he was sorry Heather couldn’t be there for it.

They just had a little while to all rehearse and get their costumes. The dance was a swing number (vintage-type GI’s and USO girl outfits - I loved it!) and at first, I couldn’t see Heather in it.

Then when I would think I had spotted her, the camera would move to someone else, never staying on her at all. Finally, at the very end, there she was, just doing fine, from what I could see. It was repeated tonight and I noticed the same thing - as if she had come in towards the end of it - but she was in it and did two great lifts.
