Remember ALSO that Anna herself said that a Reality TV Show is not exactly “Reality”. They make up ‘situations’ for the reality ‘stars’ based on what gets the highest ratings. I’m sure the producers thought Anna’s ‘toothless cousin’ coming to LA unannounced was a GREAT situation for the show!!

Maybe you can help me, then. I get messed up with things like my “comino” and “cumin,” for example. If all I have is my Spanish-label comino and I’m thinking “cumin”, I might reach up in a hurry and grab the coriander.

Or, Mexican Oregano. I can’t file it under Mexican, it should be O for Oregano or I’ll never find it when I need to. But then that “Mexican” just jumps out at me between the Nutmeg and the Pumpkin Pie Spice and I want to put it over to the left more.

Then the Herbes de Provence I have next to the Pumpkin Pie Spice on the left, *should* be under H, except I think “Provence” when I want that herb selection. I guess I cheat.

Then there’s that whole square, round, bottle thing. Shouldn’t “like” containers be grouped together?

I am living by my wits, without a rack or my wonderful little cabinet-sized adjustable mini-stairsteps, which are in storage. It’s so haphazard in my cabinets now!

Do I stack those little McCormick’s round plastic jars on top of each other, alphabetically from bottom to top or from top to bottom? When I do that, I avoid using the middle ones so the stack won’t get messed up for that 20-30 seconds I’m using them.

I hope you can help me! My curried Cool Whip on my Georgia Cracker Pie was just wrong! The cinnamon jar *should* have been on top!

Thank you Lizarde! And I have understood your point from the beginning...and I believe everyone else would IF the media would stop referring to DL as the “480 Million Dollar Baby”! Regardless of HOW MUCH MONEY goes into a Trust or “Tutorship” for the child, it makes perfect sense to have a ‘checks and balances’ system (consisting of more than one person, including a person or persons from both sides of the child’s family) in order to PROTECT the financial interests of the child (in this case, Dannielynn). There have been MANY cases (in Hollywood, esp.) of child stars or child heirs being ‘robbed’ of their inheritence by their ‘very own parents’. A JOINT Trustee arrangement of the Trust for Dannielynn could prevent her inheritance from ‘disappearing’! In the type of LEGAL Trust of Tutorship, that you refer to in your post, the child’s interest is protected much better than a Trust that is controlled by one person....whether that person is a parent or a “lawyer/family friend”!! Thanks again!!

If the prosecutors and LE did not THOROUGHLY check that storage unit (esp considering the suitcases and gun WERE in there at one time), then they are inept idiots! I didn’t read or hear anything about them checking the storage unit though. Although, I believe she is guilty (but only with an accomplice), I do NOT think the prosecution presented a case against her ‘without reasonable doubt’...Of course, that’s just my opinion. I still believe she is guilty, but I do NOT believe she did it ALONE. On another case, I think the preacher’s wife GOT OFF way too easy, mainly bc her ‘claim’ of ABUSE, was NOTHING compared to some I’ve seen with my own two eyes, not to mention the cases I’ve read about...again JMO...but it is funny (ODD) to have two cases of a woman on trial (in one week) for killing her husband, and to see the totally DIFFERENT outcomes! (Although, the fact that one husband was ‘butchered’ and disposed of in suitcases, could HARDLY BE IGNORED, and was absolutely heinous!!)

It was also odd that she was found NOT-Guilty of ‘falsifying evidence’...meaning that the jury found her NOT GUILTY of the evidence that was sent to the prosecutors! The SAME evidence that the prosecutors argued that ‘only the killer would have or know’! I have to believe that the jury thinks there was an ‘accomplice’ or they would haven’t have found HER NOT GUILTY of those charges! The whole trial was WEIRD...and I tend to think she is guilty, but NOT ALONE!

Great info as usual, Rte!! The fact that Korda is the judge for Anna’s WILL, really is tooooooo bizarre for words, not to mention the dates of his eligibility. I wonder how judges are assigned cases?? Can’t imagine its just a typical ole coincidence that Korda got this particular case. As they say what are the odds??

Has Korda ever been a Probate judge before or is Anna’s Will his first case?? If it is his first, talk about an initiation of Fire.

Like you, I’m rather alarmed at this news too, but think I’ll refrain from detailing all the things swirling around in my head.

there was a strong likelihood it would have been or at minimum a reason to remove the child to LB’s custody temporarily with her having only visitations. The children’s social services do it all the time......The state collects quite a bit of money on each drug baby they can remove.

If CPS removed children from the home of all parents taking RX painkillers (or "tying one on", on a Sat nite), or solely on the 'suspicion' of a jilted boyfriend or ex hubby or snoopy neighbor, there would be no children left in homes anywhere in America.

In California, CPS does NOT, take, newborn babies that test positive for illegal drugs. They used to, or threatened to, but quickly realized that policy did nothing but prevent mothers from seeking prenatal/medical care. And Anna's Methadone wasn't illegal.

I seriously don't know why, Anna was afraid to have her baby in California. Unless [someone] intentionally led her to believe....they took babies.

lets' go back to September 07,'06. LB wants a drug test in addition to a DNA test. Had LB contacted Bahama CPS on Sep 7th? Let's say he did. So CPS trots over to the hospital - Well,

Anna had esteemed doctors standing by that would attest, sure, she was on methadone, and there might be traces in the baby...but

'so what?'

Her doctors would tell us Anna was prescribed an industry-accepted treatment for overwhelming pain. There was no sinister past of needles and spoons. It would have been harmful to the fetus and detrimental to the mother to deny her pain medication and she was on acceptable prescribed amounts. It's only the uninformed 'court of public opinion' that would view methadone as something dark and ugly.

The Court couldn't deny Anna her medication and wouldn't consider rumors from an unrelated individual. They would have to deal with concrete facts. Maybe they could probably order no breastfeeding, and they might have ordered a medical review of her pain management plan, but without any compelling evidence, and without proof that LB was even the father, what could they do?

On Sep 7, '06, Anna had two 24/7 nannies--she was self-imposing supervision on her own child care. ....She had a resident psychiatrist/doctor, in the form of Eroshevic....and a fiance/lawyer/babydaddy. Not your typical crackhead flophouse, either. What could CPS do?

On September 7th, LB was dead in the water. Still had no legal legs. He couldn't force Anna to return to the States to submit- she could stay away forever. OPRI had to 'appeal to the people' to put pressure on the Bahamas. Daniel hadn't died yet so there wasn't even suspicious circumstances. LB didn't know about the August clown-video. How could he? HK had it and it wasn't even released until Mar 07.

When Daniel died, LB hurt his own case when he told us right away 'danny stole drugs' and nobody could say for certain where the drugs came from, only that they were either OTC or prescription. LB wasn't accusing anyone - He wasn't pointing any fingers, even at Anna. So CPS would wait for the inquest. Daniel's death might might have helped LB's cause with CPS, but LB couldn't press it until the inquest concluded and neither could either the Bahama or California CPS

Anna, who had done so well being clean from Apr/May thru late Aug, who was relatively clean now, who was expecting her son to come home to her and change her life after a career-reviving stint with Trim-Spa, was "home free", on Sep 7th. Daniel died; an inquest was scheduled; An amazed Anna doubted the results and hired her own doctor; Anna accused HK at Daniel's funeral, and at home in front of the nannies - and the drugging of Anna began with drugs far beyond anything she'd ever done before at the same time ....all in pretty little paper cups.....

I think that was IMPOSSIBLE for Howard to say. I agree. He knew she was in trouble but did nothing. Why we don't know! UNLESS he had the money thing all figured out and ANS was a used up toy by then. KE and Howard....I have no doubt!!

Creation and presentation of fraudulent documents to avoid parental and custodial rights.
National media villification, defamation and causing pain and suffering to the biological mother and other blood next-of-kin of the decedent, for gain and profit.
