Docs Cleared By Feds in Ledger Investigation

After an investigation, federal agents have reportedly cleared two doctors in Los Angeles and Houston as those that prescribed the OxyContin and Vicodin found in Heath Ledger’s system at the time of his death.
The NY Post reports DEA agents interrogated the docs and determined that although they had prescribed medication for the actor, they had not written the scripts for these two specific drugs.
The 28-year-old Ledger was found dead in his NYC apartment on January 22.
Apparently these docs are not guilty. So, who was feeding Ledger?? Sad....
She had to have started taking it at least as early as 2002-2003, because Kapoor said that his prescribing was just following the regimen started by the previous doctor, Kovner, who had seen Anna before Kapoor inherited Kovner’s practice when he retired to San Diego.
Somewhere in my notes I have the exact year and maybe month, from a web page Kovner wrote, describing when he moved down to Bonsall - but I wasn’t able to get my hands on that page of my files quickly just now. Also can’t find the web page again on google quickly, either.
I believe it was probably 2003, as I can still find things for Kovner dated 2002 at the Studio City address (now Kapoor’s).
They announced this several times on local news here in Houston, but earlier in the day, they didn’t know where in Texas the 2nd doctor was located - I see now they know he was in Houston.
Maybe later in the day or sometime soon we’ll find out who it was. Since I had very little idea who Ledger was before he died (didn’t see *the movie*), I can’t contemplate what his connection to Houston was. I don’t think he was from here or lived here, but guess I could be wrong!
Oh, yeah, I remember he was ‘Stralian.
I thought they had said all along he had gotten those specific drugs in Europe. I thought that was a “given.” At one point, they also thought he got some of them over the Internet.
No, I don’t think Anna bothered to get one of those cards, or ever needed to, because she was fast-tracked straight to the higher-level “residency” status.
It sounds more like something Shelley or Thompson might need or use for their spouses and/or kids or parents.

DanniHope Is Really Rich
Today, a judge in Los Angeles declared Dannielynn Hope the sole heir of Anna Nicole Smith’s estate. Howard K. Stern filed papers last October to clarify Anna’s 2001 will. He wanted to make sure DanniHope was the sole heir, because that was Anna’s wish.
Howie’s lawyer said, “We and Mr. Stern always believed that Anna Nicole never intended to disinherit her daughter. I’m pleased to say this chapter in the saga is closed.”
A trust was also set up for DanniHope with Larry Birkhead and Howard serving as co-trustees. Gay lovers!
DanniHope could inherit millions upon millions from the fortune of her mother’s late husband. That whole drama is still tied up in the courts.
How the hell is Howie going to get his hands on the money now? Good going Howie. He’s probably thinking he’s going to marry Danni in 17 years. Well, he probably is thinking about it.
I hope Danni inherits all that money from her mommy’s husband and takes Larry to get his hair done. Those frosted highlights expired a long time ago. It’s time to throw away the frost cap, Larry.

The hot temp came just in time for his Bahama testimony. Boo hoo. But he was photographed out gettin giggy with the dark haired lady on the dance floor (at the time when he was supposed to be in the freakin hospital getting harassed by Virgie). Am I right?
He musta been sad when none of the rags picked up on his Oscar appearance and didn’t published his boring photo.

(main question is, if ANS ‘legal residence’ was Bahamas, with estate openings in both Bahamas and Los Angeles, why was suit filed in Los Angeles instead of Nassau or tx?)
