Judge Robert Perry showed unprofessional favoritism towards Howie from the get-go. Something is up. Anybody know of links between the Judge and Howie? All I can think of doing is send e-mails to Jane Velez-Mitchell and Geraldo, if I can find them. They have taken any interest in the case, and Geraldo has had some choice words for Howie. What can we do?

Do you think writing to Gov. J. Brown will do any good if one is from out of state? I am no fan of his, but he did try to nail Howie.

Very weird. Something does not add up. There might be some link or some common element between Howie, Judge Robert Perry and the prosecutor. Judge Perry smiled upon Howie from the start of the trial.

Maybe Judge Perry and prosecutor just thought good riddance to somebody like ANS. I recall Cyril Wechet demeaning ANS and blaming the victim.

Who is this Judge Perry? Something needs to be done, but at the moment I do not know what. I had not expected this. The evidence against HKS was overwhelming.

There must be other charges that can be brought against them, such as some Federal charges. That is how the got Vick. When the local DA initially took Vick's side, the Feds were called in.

If anybody as a good suggested at what we can do, let us know. I hear a book is in the works and I would bet it would not make HKS and Judge Perry happy.

Judge Robert Perry appears to have an agenda. His actions should bring forth scrutiny by the media of him and his family and associates. Something smells here.

Thanks for the ping. If half of what has been reported about Judge Robert Perry is true then either
*he is having a mental breakdown or
*he has a vested interest in Stern and Dr. E.

Perry is not the only judge to make outrageous rulings but part of a dangerous trend. Judges make these outrageous rulings because they get away with it. I have watched with concern our drift towards a rule by judges (kryptocracy) where they make the most outlandish decision and nothing is done.

Howie and Larry B. were seen dining together with four women. Howie is going full stead ahead to try to get the Marshall fortune. Unbelievable that on the bases of nothing he can keep after the family.

There have been comments about a book re Anna Nicole Smith's death and the trial in CA. All very vague like the latest re Literary agent of Kitty Kelley said he has no info of her planning it. Below is a link that states this but nothing more (bottom of commentary section, and bottom left lists Judge Robert Perry as a loser).

I wish Mark Fuhrman would do an investigation. But, iirc, he is not interested and finds Anna Nicole Smith a boring loser (not his exact words). I'm thinking Geraldo Rivera and his brother might do it. He has called Howie nasty names.

In Howie's latest lawsuit, FOX reported that a decision might come as early as April but most likely will be in June. He has no case! A headline in the Examiner stated that "Anna Nicole Smith case threatens American property rights, estate planning.

My faith in the judicial system is being eroded. The latest is the loony Judge Robert Perry's virulent bias. Could there be a connection between Perry and Howie? do they have anything in common, socially or financially?
