Update: Paramedics just showed up at Britney’s house. Paramedics just rolled gurney into Spears house. Sources are now revealing to PageSix.com that “someone is being transferred to the hospital for a mental evaluation.” An ambulance has just pulled into driveway at Spears house.

Los Angeles police officers are at Britney Spears’ home tonight, where the 26-year-old mom refused to allow a court appointed monitor to take sons Sean and Jayden after her allotted visitation time.

LAPD Officer Lee tells PageSix.com that police are trying to resolve the family custodial issue. Mark Vincent Kaplan and Anne Kiley are present at Britney’s house and we are told Britney is “hysterical and just wants to keep the kids overnight.”

Earlier today, Spears finally appeared for a deposition in her custody case with ex Kevin Federline, but was so late that the interview lasted only 13 minutes.

It’s been suggested that’s why she continually checks into all these hotels - the drug hookup venue. But mental illness, or a combo of drugs & mental illness... either way, very sad too see. She might still have millions but to lose her kids and not show up to court and do everything possible to change that situ? Totally impoverished; very sad for her two little ones especially.

I normally don't like to post comments on celebrity buffoons like Britney Spears,Paris Hilton or any others of the same ilk. However I don't seem be be able to avoid them. I turn on the TV and there they are. I tune in to the radio and there they are. I log on to the Internet and there they are. Free Republic was just about the last place I could go and not have these imbeciles in my face. The big problem is that so many pay attention. The big problem with Spears is that she never had any talent to begin with. The best thing about her was that at one time she had a cute shape. BFD! I can go to any beach in or resort and see many women that have better looks. That's it! NO TALENT except for being able to be famous and make money with NO TALENT. I guess that's a talent. She is an uneducated, unsophisticated bore. So why all the attention. I'm not at all interested but it bothers me that so many people are interested. What's up freepers. Why are so many people interested in celebrities? I don't get it.

They were doing those kinds of drug drops in the olden times. use a prearranged room for deliveries and payments.

But I’d be surprised Britney would need to go through such elaborate ruses. There’s also the transporting home issue for her. Why wouldn’t she just pay a mule? Folks use the discrete courier services for all sorts of things....

But Britney is pretty stupid, so maybe she actually goes to pick up her drugs personally.
