highly doubtful
You have to factor in the "provocative-ability." Something like this: credibility = 1/e^p where p is the factor of provocative-ability. The more likely it is to stir up the visceral reactions of the unthinking masses (or the better able it is to pass unchecked into the emotions) the bigger "p" is.
Still working on the derivation here.
This is in the same family as h=1/v, where h= hype and v = value.

I looked at it in Photoshop, blown up, but I couldn’t see evidence of manipulation. Not definitive, though. I could be missing it.

It appears legit. I blew it up 200x in PS and theres no evidence that I can see of layering, masking or pixilation, especially on the little girls arm. The shadowing also appears to be real. If its a fake, its extremely well done! Pretty sick game.

Sigh. Speechless. Just speechless.

Looks legit to me. Here is a link to the same photo, taken at the 2006 anarchist fair.
WARNING, THIS LINK CONTAINS VERY OFFENSIVE PHOTOS

It certainly does look like there was a poster, “pin the molotov on the [police car].” The poster doesn’t look like it could be photoshopped. Not sure if the poster is replacing a different image, but even the shadows look right for the context it’s in. As for the broader context: straining to invent in my mind a reasonable context for it, if it’s not photoshopped.

It was posted on a funny picture website I sometimes visit that anyone can upload to. Needless to say, I did not find it very amusing.
