Good for them to put up a fight. Some would just surrender. Glad China is sending some ships to fight the pirates. Hope they are not as kind as the Indians and take no prisoners.
Wonder if the Indians decided to sink the 23 pirates they captured the other day. Feed them to the fish.

Looks like they drank the beer before using the bottles as weapons.
Works for me.

"they drank the beer before using..."
Then peed in the bottles to give them some weight.

No more guns for me, just beer from now on!

I think the lead content in the bottles would have provided enough mass for the bottles to acquire good momentum... no pee required.

This explains why there never has been a pirate attack on Lake Michigan. The sailboat on which I crewed was always armed to the gunwhales.

I think that the only countries that should be over there trying to stop the pirates should be those that publically embrace torture. Can you imagine Somali pirates in some boat that can barely float seeing some battleship USS Waterboarder bearing down on them, with “Hope you can swim” painted on their anti-pirate missiles. Then if we could chum the water to attrack Tiger sharks to the area, we’d be all set.

Nine pirates armed with rocket launchers and machine guns boarded the ship, according to Xinhua, China's state news agency.
The vessel's 30 crew members fought for four hours with home-made incendiary bombs and beer bottles What a way to stand their ground...

Then peed in the bottles to give them some weight. It looks more like gasoline with the cloth wicks. Anyone for a Molotov Coctail?
