In another major address this week, President Obama will outline further economic plans: to cut the federal deficit in half over the course of his first term, to raise taxes on "the wealthiest" Americans, winding down the war in Iraq, and it's reported, raising business taxes.
The Republicans in Congress will have their work cut out for them to oppose tax increases in a time of business downturn, but it needs to be done, and they need our help to oppose the increases.
Continue to make calls, emails, talk to everyday folks you know.
I heard a blurb on TV that the dims had snuck in a SS coverage plan for illegals in the so called stimulus bill. I have NOT been able to verify it. Any place I can go to reasearch? Thanks, B
ROTFLOL! I have too much evidence stacked against me by now to worry about THAT.
Yesteday as I was out and about I found a carton of diet cokes at one of the off-the-beaten-path stores. I bought it. This now makes 1.5 cartons in my cache. I also saw a store restocking with some of the "western" foods that it had run out of. This is like salad dressings, some condiments, things like that. Perhaps, maybe a refreshing of the DC stock won't be far behind? Maybe? Or maybe not?
That has all changed now. The CRAT party, the MSM, and the entire Hussein massaiaisahiah frenzy about him being 'black' (which he really isn't) has driven me to being racist.
I wasn’t a racist until one year I tried to teach music in Tuskeegee AL. That made a racist of me and I just don’t care any more.
If someone is going to act like the stereotype well, gosh, darn, there may be a reason for the stereotypes. From now on, if anyone wants to be around me, they can conform to my standards. I won’t come down to their stan ... do they even have standards?
I haven’t changed my attitude, which is to judge each person individually.
However, after the Reverend Wright episode and the efforts to tell me that all black churches are like that, and that black people who are nice to us really don’t like us and talk about us amongst themselves, I am a bit more suspicious.
And they have called us racists for such trivial things for so long, I frankly don’t care any more. It has no effect on me.
97% of the blacks voted for Hussein, and even though ~90% always STUPIDLY vote for the CRAT, that extra 7% most likely voted erroneously because they believe the lie that he is ‘black’. Not one single drop of slave blood in his body. All non-white blood is Kenyan blood, descended from African slave traders.
Stifling is an understatement.

Well, basically, that is what my actual practice, my actions, are. But, instead of viewing people objectively, I tend to expect the worst from them until demonstrated differently.
But this name-calling doesn’t work. Not with me.
